Continuing the recomp with Slintensity

I'm traveling for work next week and will not have the time to hit the gym. What do you all think? I know the major benefit is making the carbs more burnable. But with no workouts, there will be minimal burning except for a lot of walking. Just take the week off Slintensity? Or would it still be worth taking even if just for the insulin resistance benefits?

Open to your thoughts, too cheftepesh1 and dsade since it's your log and product.

When I travel I stop at a children's playground and do BW exercises like pull ups, dips, inverted rows and triceps extensions. If kids get in my way I kick em off.

It's a good idea. If I had the time. I am pretty sure this entire trip has just about every minute accounted for. From the time I wake up to the time my head hits the pillow. It's half business and half pleasure, so I'll burn half in meetings and trainings and the other half trying to fit in all the tourist stuff LA has to offer into 3 days. Going to be a whirlwind!

Find a hotel with a good restaurant, work center, and gym. Lol
 
I'm back! My trip was as insanely busy as expected. No time for working out. Now that I'm back, I'm slammed playing catch up. I plan to start workouts next week again.

Quite a few times I totally failed and left Slintensity in the hotel room. When I did take it, I clearly felt better and less bloated despite horrible food choices. Even after a week out of the gym, I still feel a pump in my arms when dosing the Slintensity.

I don't feel like I have a firm grasp on the effects yet since I've been a bit sporadic. What I do know is that I feel better taking in carbs along with it. So I'm going to give it a longer run. I'm starting to run low, so I picked up a 2 bottle special at Mind And Muscle to keep this going!

First day back was terrible! I pushed myself to meet the weights and reps I was doing 2 weeks ago during my last workout. I did get it done, but it wasn't pretty. And took me 1:01:45 to get it done.

I'm definitely puffier from my traveling food choices. But I only packed on 1.4#. Expect to lose some of the water (ring had become super tight) this week. I imagine I lost some muscle too.

Still feeling a nice pump when taking my Slintensity with a carby meal. I really like that part! Will update at the end of the week with weight and visual changes from the week.

Last week sucked. I always hate my first week back. Everything feels heavy and I'm non-stop winded. But hey... I got it done!

I finished my log bottle of Slintensity on Saturday. I can't say enough good about this stuff. Is it a miracle drug? No. But it legitimately helps you with that extra little edge we all need sometimes.

Without a doubt, this limited my fat gain while traveling and eating poorly. Note that I didn't say stopped fat gain. Just limited. My trip was far less damaging than similar ones in the past. I gained 1.4# in 2 weeks of no workouts and horrible food choices. THEN, I dropped 1.8# my first week back. I'm already below pre-trip weight and heading towards my best numbers yet!

I bought 2 more bottles from M&M and will continue running Slintensity for the foreseeable future. Also, I had blood work done today. Will report back whether or not Slintensity had any effect on blood glucose levels. I will also report back here on occasion if anything changes. Meanwhile, I'll be switching back to my normal log for everyday updates.

Quick update. Bloods showed no change in blood glucose. Oh well.

The effects of Slintensity continue to be great and I will continue running these next 2 bottles. Will report back with any changes.
