Thank you MST for giving me the chance to run these two products. This will be my first go with any MST product. I have heard many good things and hopefully they are true. I have been on a semi-cut/recomp since the beginning of spring. Been focusing more on diet and getting the required amount of sleep to properly grow.

- Age:23
- Sex:Male
- Height:5'11
- Weight:203.6 as of this morning.
- Body type:Meso
- BF%: 10-12 range

Training routine:

M-Chest/Delts/tri/abs
T-Back/Bi/Cardio
W-Legs/Abs
TH-Chest/Abs/Cardio
F-Delts/Arms/Abs
SA-OFF
SU-OFF

DIET:
M-F I try not to eat carbs past 2PM.
Keep the cals no higher then 2500 a day.
Sunday I usually do a carb up day and I do one cheat meal a week.

SUPPS + DOSING:
Basic multi 2 times a day
6 grams omegas daily
2-4 grams Vit-C daily
3 50 gram whey shakes(morning/postWO/before bed)
3 Cre-02 90 minutes before training
4 Nitroceps 90 minutes before training

Took 3 cre-02 and 4 nitro 90 minutes pre-training. Nice feeling about an hour later. Probly nothing, been a good day though so that's probly it.

OVERALL
Not gonna lie, this work out sucked. I did way too much and I could barely wobble outa the gym. I move fast when i'm lifting, always try and keep the heart rate up. I do a lot of super sets too. Its gettin hot up here in Mass on top of that. Maybe a little drained from work. Looks like i'm going to bed real early tonight. After 24 that is.

OVERALL
Been taking the Cre-02 and Nitro about an hour before I leave for the gym. May be placebo but, I feel like my muscles are much fuller when I arrive to the gym. Nice pumps so far. Energy isn't there right now(probly because of the warmer weather coming in). So far so good though. I'll be giving weekly evaluations as the log goes on, each sunday most likely for the 30 days.

looks good for the fullness and pumps man. I doubt its placebo though....Cre-02 gives me this full feeling without bloat instantly and always....I simply love it.
