Thank you MST for giving me the chance to run these two products. This will be my first go with any MST product. I have heard many good things and hopefully they are true. I have been on a semi-cut/recomp since the beginning of spring. Been focusing more on diet and getting the required amount of sleep to properly grow.

DIET:
M-F I try not to eat carbs past 2PM.
Keep the cals no higher then 2500 a day.
Sunday I usually do a carb up day and I do one cheat meal a week.
SUPPS + DOSING:
Basic multi 2 times a day
6 grams omegas daily
2-4 grams Vit-C daily
3 50 gram whey shakes(morning/postWO/before bed)
3 Cre-02 90 minutes before training
4 Nitroceps 90 minutes before training
