Sooooo jealous! I think I'm going to go to SF this weekend. My friends and I are heading to Santa Cruz on July 4th for the Reggae Festival. :D

because i was there in 1980 and loved it....i haven't been back since but i bet it's still great!!! 42 different countries and many states, those mission beach girls were hottest ever, lol!!!

i am old and married, but i have great memories, lol!!!

I think great memories are all on the individual. I remember going fishing with my dad along the river at 8 years old, going to Muir Woods a few years ago with my mom and sister, driving all the way to San Diego for the first time in 2008, and driving across America last year. These are just of the few memories I've made in my 33 years.

I understand that this country is not the same as when you were young, but don't feel sorry for those of us who still appreciate her beauty. :)

Thoughts with the mix of sups I am running this is shaping up to be one of the best pcts I have ever ran the Xgles are keeping my strength up and the 20mg of mystery supplement is really helping out with the endurance I have not ran like I did today in a while

i am going to be totally honest here....pink floyd put out dark side of the moon over 40 years ago, the wall over 30 years ago. as much as technology has advanced in the last 30-40 years the music industry should be ashamed to call that video innovative...remember 8 tracks were still in use when pink floyd put out the wall!!!

IMO there is a substantial difference between what Pink Floyd did and what electronic music is now. Its almost like saying that a Michelangelo sculpture is more beautiful than a person who designed a beautiful piece of art out of a 3d printer. sure the two are similar but they are two completely different processes.

In addition you can't compare what the Music Industry is spitting out to whats actually out there.
The quality of Electronic Music far surpasses anything the Industry spits out. Unfortunately the
masses don't have access to some of the masterpieces that have been created.

imagine what michelangelo could have done with a 3d printer, lol.......the point being that innovation and creativity have not kept up with technology!!!
 
Hit shoulders today it was decent work out with a lot of reps I am really liking the extra endurance as well as the increased vascularity. I feeling just as strong as when I was on but now I am not so lethargic and my body is feeling better over all.

Workouts are still going strong I have been feeling rather lethargic lately, I may take a week to de-load while on vacation this week my body is just feeling beat up. Weight is sitting at 207 and still looking leaner.
 
All right after taking a week off of EVERYTHING I am back I spent the last week away from the gym electronics and people And I feel Toney the tiger GREAT!

I came back today and hit a high volume back session probably doing close 500 reps in total
Light weight though

I have cut My serm AND daa
I am still using Xgels and the commentary goodies
I Am reintroducing stimulants back into my routine and good have I missed them
The mystery supplement is staying between 10 and 20mg and is still working well

Even with the week off my weight is at 205

i think for most people the hardest thing to stay away from is electronics, lol--they have become an addiction for many!!!

there are many who would need a 12 step program along with a 3 day detox in order to go a week with no electronics[cel phones in particular], lol!!!

It really does my shoulders feel lighter! The pool is dope its salt water plus it has solar that runs the house and the pool, plus its already paid for from the previous owner and not leased like all of the other houses that I was looking at

Not bad for what I am getting. I moved a bit further inland which helped a lot with the price of the house but it is only going to cost me an exta 450 a month from what I am paying now in rent. So I am going to have to cut back on my supplements but I am ok with that
