Continue with PES SHIFT or switch to just Forskolin F95?

Hey there guys, I've just finished my SHIFT bottle which I've used alongside Reduce XT until now.

I'm gonna switch to Erase Pro+ next - any reasons I should switch to just Forskolin F95 or since SHIFT already includes it, can I continue with SHIFT? Will also be taking High Volume and Ergonine.

Just stick with Shift.
