My experience with Dialene 4 is it provides a very focused, mentally uplifting feeling. 2 caps provides a very smooth feeling while 3 caps puts you in the zone.

I took 3 before i left for work this morning. WoW!! At first though I had a pretty big wave of nausea.. Once that subsided the energy from it was great..

I did take it about 20min before eating.. I also had some pretty nasty burbs for a little while afterwards.
