i'm one week out from Team U which is an IFBB Pro Qualifier.

My week out diet will look like this.

Moderate Carb Up tomorrow (saturday) 250 grams
Sunday - 100 (50 am. 50 post)
Monday - 75 (25 am. 50 post)
Tuesday - 50 (just post workout)
Wednesday - 0
Thursday - 300-400 (load)
Friday - 300 (load)
Saturday - morning load and adjust as necessary.

I'll also pull water on friday.
