haha i just took a month off of stims too like 3 months ago and will be takng another probably 6 weeks off after my contest. Gonna run a nice PH stack for my bulk starting mid october will use that time as my nxt stim break

I definitely enjoyed it before it like a BCAA product with some nice additions DAA and mucuna noticible increase in endurance and recovery time between sets last time I ran it. Plus the sucka punch flavor tastes like kool aid. second workout is going to be mostly 75%HR cardio and abs/calves I hate the second workout but at least when Im off work im already at the gym so I dont have any travel time

focus 9 of 10 excellent focus here serious tunnel vision enhanced mind muscle connection everything you could want
taste 9 of 10 i went with watermelon tastes and smells like a jolly rancher.
pumps 8 of 10 hard to judge this because i wasnt traing for pump at all today but had some nice veins popping trained chest and back today had a nice pump in both as well as shoulders and arms
endurance 9 of 10 a lil hard to tell if it was just from speedx3 or that and intra test but i stopped working out because i ran out of time not because i was fatigued.

This is a great product overall. Will be one of my go to pre workouts from now on.

haha. I dont know if Im going to do that the stim factor of speedX3 is perfect for me. The only thing I may consider adding to it would be a scoop of hemavol, but definitely not necessary
 
speed x3 update... today was even better with my 2nd dose of speed x3. the focus and intensity I had was incredible. I wanted to just tear $h!t up in there and did a pretty good job of it. The weights IM using are also steadily increasing with the 6 seconds per rep tempo. Weighing in at 183 still and lean as a mofo. Actually look bigger in the chest and shoulders.

Decline bench worked up to 225 for to sets of 6
flat dumbell worked up to 2 sets of 90s 6 reps
incline worked up 2 sets of 80s at 6 reps
cable crossovers 4 sets light ~1min of time under tension each set

pullups 4-1-1-2 tempo 3 sets 6,5,5
dumbell rows 100s 6,6,6
BB rows (love these with this tempo) 135x10 155x10 175x8
rack chins 8,6,6
pull downs 3 sets ~1min TUT each

that is a sign of wisdom....to learn from others mistakes and not to keep repeating the same mistakes over and over, you get that right you will go a long ways, imo.

This genius feature lol. Then I had the voice thing on and couldnt turn it off. Now I have to pull old music off new music on.Its such a task for me :(

Im trying to prolong that. My soon to be 5 year old has been turning on the laptop,logging in,getting online,going to favorites, Nick jr games etc. and just plays away ????? I spent literally 2 min showing him 1 time !! Now its DAD I have to play games get off the computer lol. In 3 more years ill just be afraid lol
