Oping to enter men's physique first time in may .
Starting my cut in next couple days

5"11 223lbs

I've had another thread with some good advice .

Basically I was wondering is there any links /sites of typical diets to start off with and alter and Taylor to me?

Google has varied opinions obviously .

I know x amount of protein per pound etc was wondering how diet changes during prep and carb loading at the end etc etc ! Huge amount of info . So want to simplify it if anyone has done it before

Hey craigydar, you have only 4 months to go from now and you want to get body cuts and a lean body, then only thing you need to do is take advice from well experienced physician and gym trainer because they will tell you about a plan and all the stuff related to body building contest and how to prepare for it.

8 weeks out guys , loosing 1pound week . Cardio moderate at the moment . At this rate what do you think my bodyfat will be in 8 weeks ?
Possibly 8lbs left to loose . My coach has it all in hand but nice to hear others opinions . Cardio is a tool I can increase
