Considering the Highs & Lows Program

Each body part is to be hit twice every week. One workout is dedicated to strength and size, another to strength and endurance. The rep schemes are as follows:

Strength & Size (S&S)
6 reps & 12 reps
5 reps & 10 reps
4 reps & 8 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes, then reverse
12 reps & 6 reps
10 reps & 5 reps
8 reps & 4 reps

Strength & Endurance (S&E)
12 reps & 24 reps
10 reps & 20 reps
8 reps & 16 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes, then reverse
24 reps & 12 reps
20 reps & 10 reps
16 reps & 8 reps

Day 1: Chest, Arms (S&S)
Day 2: Legs, Abs (S&S)
Day 3: Back, Shoulders, Traps (S&S)
Day 4: Chest, Arms (S&E)
Day 5: Legs, Abs (S&E)
Day 6: Back, Shoulders, Traps (S&E)
Day 7: Rest

The only difference between the protocol for Weeks 1+2 and Weeks 3+4 are the different exercises. I can list them upon request.

I am planning an upcoming cycle which will consist of either Boladrol, or M-drol, to jump-start my gains. I will run either one for approximately 3 weeks. I will then stack Tren X and Turinabol up until Week 8 so you figure about 5 weeks. Would this training program be effective enough for great mass and strength gains while on this sort of cycle?

Thoughts?
 
i hope so im doing almost the same thing heavy first 3days, 10-12rep range next 3, following w/k 20-25reps for 3days and 3 heavy ,alt. every week
