Consideration

I would like to thank IBE for there genuine concern for customers. I had placed an order, not received my package until after the time frame I was expecting it. I had called and left them several messages with my phone number asking them to call me back. A couple weeks after my package arrived I received a phone call asking about this order. I explained exactly what happened and they are currently sending me out some two goodies to make up for the initial lack of communication.

I am very pleased about there genuine concern of PR. Most companies would have probably left this one lay where it landed. They had the consideration to follow up and make things write. I am now a happy customer of IBE and understand that even though they may be busy, they do care.
