Consensus on chlorella?

Anyone here take chlorella? I was reading on ergolog that some Malaysian researchers found that supplementing with 3grams of chlorella every day helps with increasing muscle strength and reducing body fat.
 
I've read the same, and have some that I have used periodically. But, I've not dedicated a lot of focus on it. I also recall reading something that it helps with erections, but I don't recall anything other than that.
