Consensus on chlorella?

Anyone here take chlorella? I was reading on ergolog that some Malaysian researchers found that supplementing with 3grams of chlorella every day helps with increasing muscle strength and reducing body fat.
 
Interesting on those aspects. I took it years ago for bad heartburn. Worked wonders!!
 
Yeah, it's good for metal detoxing, allegedly, and helps athletic performance. I take it daily and have for a couple years now, around 20 of those little compressed tabs a day. It's just good nutrition imo.
