Ive been severely fatigued to the point of feeling sick for the last 5 months. Weakness, tired etc... I found out my T level is 185 and im 37 years old. Ive had Sarcoidosis which can bring T down and taken prednisone small doses for the last few years on and off to fight back the sarcoidosis. Nerve damage in my back keeps me from lifting, so I have multiple reasons for lowT Anyway, My primary care doc gave me Androgel. Ive been reading and I know I need to get my T up, but not sure about the best methods. If I use the androgel, is my body going to eventually need more to achieve same results? I hate to take it for a month to find out that the low T isnt what is making me feel sick and then be stuck on it for life. When stopping these T replacements, does your body ever start makiing T again if you stop? What is HCG? I keep seeing this. BTW, I dont plan on having kids. Also, I cant get into see a Endo for a month or 2, but Im tired of feeling like crap and cant wait. I guess I could go see my regular doc and see what he knows (more tests etc...) Given my circumstances, any feedback is appreciated.
