Concerns after my first delt injection

Today was my first injection: 1cc of prop and 1cc of enan. I mixed the two and shot 2cc's into my delt. I did everything I've read (washing my hands, wiping the vials with alcohol, changing needles after drawing the oil, aspirating, injecting slowly, and massaging, etc.) but I still have most of the oil visibly remaining in my delt. Is this normal? I mean, does it take a little while for the oil to disperse? I massaged it for a while with a heating pad and since then it seems to have gone down a little bit. Is there anything else I should do? Thanks.
 
Propionate is very acidic, and will cause inflammation. The Enanthate takes a bit to disperse as well. How big of a needle did you use? 5/8 can cuase this problem in a lot of body parts, thats why I use at least a 1" for all spot injects.
 
how do u know the oil hasnt disspearsed?

couldnt this just be a little swelling and as its ur first shot it makes it even more likely. ps are ur delts big enuff for 2cc?
 
Needle size is a good guess to me, if it's a small bump, it may be sub-q or just not deep enough. Use a 1" needle if you don't already. Also, 2 ml may be too much for your delt, I doubt it though. Delts can hold up to 3 ml, but not reccommended for any more.

As posted it could be the prop. I know a lot of guys who have swelling with every shot while on prop, it will slowly get less and less as you continue I would think. But some of them say even at the end of their 4 weeks cycle that they still get a little puffiness due to irritation.

Sorry guys, I should have mentioned what kind of needle I was using. It was a 1" 25G and I left ~1cm out [in case the needle broke].

So I guess it's somewhat normal then. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't the beginning of an infection or an abscess.
 
needles dont break they bend...

push it all the way in man, thats what its for... *stops for a moment and laughs at the innuendo*

As far as test prop goes, causing inflammation... I've used Dazed's kit twice on the syno conversion and never had any pain... in fact I mixed it with other stuff when injecting to lessen the pain of others i was stacking with
 
I have shot 2ml in my delt once, stuck it in probably .75in, it started getting really tight feeling when I got it all in, and you could definetly see a more rounded look to that shoulder, but overnight it dispersed out. You are fine, thats why I like injecting shoulders, they look bigger for at least a little while.
 
Definitely push the needle all the way in. I usually push it in to the point that the plastic of the needle indents the skin a couple mm's. The deeper the better (Thats what she said)
