Notes: This is my easy day workout. Was out hiking yesterday, easy hike but it took a toll just the same. Weather was outstanding though, I was hiking in just my underwear and a pair of gym shorts for a while. Don't get too excited, this is Canada and it's winter, I was wearing long underwear..
