This is from yesterday, didn't lift but did a spinning class at our new gym in the morning. The diet was WAY off, had the grandparents in town and they took us out to eat a couple of times!

8:00: PCT Assist, SNS Magnesium Creatine Chelate, 4 oz. turkey, slice of low fat cheese, 2 oz. of full fat cheese
9:00- (pre-workout)1 scoop of Focus XT
10:30- (post-workout) 1 scoop of whey in water, 32 oz. Gatorade
2:30- 10 chicken wings, large salad with honey mustard dressing
7:30- PCT Assist, SNS Magnesium Creatine Chelate, 6 Red Lobster cheese biscuits, 1 stuffed flounder, french fries, mashed potatoes
