Competing in First Men's physqiue show

Alright so its been a rough month but im back on schedule. Im sitting at rougly 201 lbs, huge set back but back on track, probably going to miss this competition. But my physical well being is more important. Now I need to just focus on dropping the fat and maintaining muscle. Long story short. I just recebtly got out of the military so job secuirty plus wife issues have taken a toll on my physical well being and mental. Thank you all for the great advice but Im not going to make a fool of my self walking onto a stage unprepared. Ill post pictures tomorrow.
 
Sorry about the bad times. But your right it will make you stronger.

I compete physique April of 2013. My goal is 210-212 at 5%. I am 215 at 10% current. Want 3 more lbs of lean muscle , little wider Lats and back.

I will be keeping my eye out on your log. Like the diet except for white rice pre workout with no protein source. But there a 1000 ways to reach a goal. And as long as you respond is all that matters.
