Coming off havoc pct. Is my testosterone still low?

I ran a havoc cycle and im almost done with pct. My balls are still a little small, but my sex drive is fine, I have plenty of energy and I'm having no problem gaining strength and muscle. Knowing this, do you think my testosterone is ok even though my balls are still a little small?
 
Does small balls mean you have low test? Because I can still get hard very easily and blow a decent load. Plus my lifts are all going up.
 
What was your pct?

Testicles shrink when doing anabolic steroids, anabolic steroids increase testosterone, therefore small testicles doesn't equal low testosterone, but may indicate the ability for the testicles to create testosterone on their own is not at 100%
