I have been feeling terribly exhausted now for quite some time. I think It came to the point I was too low body fat, tried to stay in a low-body fat % but then perhaps I messed up my thyroid (hypothyroidism) and what not. It's just even if I get enough sleep I still feel sluggish, terribly exhausted. Not sure what's going on perhaps a full-blood work is needed...
I don't take any supps just yet due to the cost factor however I am seeking for supplements to boost energy and get out of lethargy. I take no pre-workouts my only caffeine is occasionly Vivarin 200mg tablet pre-wo or otherwise sips of dark strong black coffee. ( I need this daily to help my bowel movements ).
I hear Adaptogens are a hit and miss in terms of combatting adrenal fatigue. (L_Tyrosine + Rhodiola Rosea + Ashwagandha + phosphatidylcholine/serine)
Otherwise I was thinking a form of Carnitine (PLCAR + ALCAR + 5-HTP (for mood) + Nootropic (Schizo/Vinco.) and I researched up to 9 g/daily of Omega-3 can help with depression, mental-stress and adrenal fatigue.
