Combating acne on cycle

I have a really bad problem with breaking out on cycles. I've tried every acne face wash there is out there but nothing helps. What do you guys out there with this problem do?

one tip that works, is before you go to bed, on completely dry skin use multiple Oxy face pads on any problem areas. Let dry and sleep.
