So I started dosing preworkout and post dinner. Seems to continue with the mood boost but second dose around an hour before bed helps with sleep and not adding fatigue during the day. So far reps are increasing more on the lower rep sets and added recovery between sets. Bodyweight has moved up slightly but that is a diet factor. Need to eat more calories. Still enjoying the pump and vascularity which is still a surprise to me as I did not realize that was a result. Also making note of limited DOMS. Will add volume next workout and see how it does.
