So started dosing today to see how the body feels. No GI issues and felt a uptick in mood. Looking to bump up protein intake as I would think that will help colossal to shine.
Going forward 1 dosage in the morning and another dosage preworkout 8 hours later. Not sure if the timing matters or just balanced 2x day.

Agreed here. Uptick in protein will help Colossal shine as well.
 
OK first return to the gym Monday and dosed pre and I honestly do feel a mood boost after each dose. Is that just excitement taking a new supplement? Being out of gym for about a week due to illness the weights didn't feel heavy. Had a good pump going and felt great. Followed a full body workout to get back this week.
Wednesday, today just got out of the gym. Focused on full body but lower reps today. 10 on Monday, 5 today. Good mood, good pump. Increasing protein to help aid in growth and recovery.
Starting next week I will get back to a more focused push/ pull routine.

I see you are upping protein what grams a day are you aiming for? Also curious are you eating in a surplus/maintenance/deficit ?

I usually shoot for 1 gram per lbs of weight but now 1.5. So a surplus of 400ish calories.

Nice! That's where I'm at right now. Trying to get in about 1.5 g per lbs of bw but that is sometimes a hard number for me to hit personally.
 
Never easy that's for sure. Especially with all protein sources being extremely expensive now.
 
Well today got back to a standard push day- bench, push press on reverse hack, dips, squats. 5 sets each then end with reps to max pump at end of workout. Pump seems increased and progressing with added weight. Feels like recovery and strength is going in the right direction.

Reverse hack is interesting. Does that make it work like a front squat?

Nice! I'll be doing some shoulders pre Easter Meal (or at least that's the plan). I may skip due to being sore from yard work yesterday :LOL:

I spent a good bit of my day yesterday doing yard work also, and my lower back isn't happy !!

Gettin old sucks! Had to get up in my attic and crawl around to fix something as well so I think that's the culprit :( Had some good extra calories from Easter late lunch yesterday though so that helps it:) Or at least my stomach said it does.
 
Keep us posted on your results. Again surprised on my end with the muscle fullness. Really a nice unexpected result.

So far so good. Strength and scale moving in the right direction. Muscles look full and tight. I will say sleep is greatly improved but fatigue after doses can be tough some days. No problems in the gym but late day doses can make me ready for bed early. See how that side continues.

The vascularity continues to impress. Strength and muscle harness continuing to improve. Trying to increase calories to get some growth going. So far impressed to say the least.
 
Yes good mood boost but yes second dose can bring some fatigue. Sleep great on this stuff as a added bonus.

Yeah I usually fall asleep within minutes but lately been taking a little longer. Glad

So I started dosing preworkout and post dinner. Seems to continue with the mood boost but second dose around an hour before bed helps with sleep and not adding fatigue during the day. So far reps are increasing more on the lower rep sets and added recovery between sets. Bodyweight has moved up slightly but that is a diet factor. Need to eat more calories. Still enjoying the pump and vascularity which is still a surprise to me as I did not realize that was a result. Also making note of limited DOMS. Will add volume next workout and see how it does.
