interesting Turk supplement. I've heard mixed things about ones that don't have cyclodextrine in them though. also iirc everyone does 2g Turk per day, so you'd need to double the dose unless the ecdy is enough to supplement for equal outcome

I do not believe so. It could help with absorption but keep in mind a log of these complexes have less actives in the first place and you usually don’t know what percentage the main compound is. Here you know exactly how much Turk and ecdy you’re getting if that makes sense.
