Ionic works great topically in my experience so yes, you can use it for a sinus flush.

I haven't tried to nebulize with it ever but I bet it would work fine.

Did the Purest Colloids brand pass the sugar test?

Ditto. You shoulda seen me go, a full 24oz bottle of 20ppm every day for 5-6 days at a time when I got an infected shot with cellulitis.

I even injected some in the cellulitis. Oh the pain. The needle in the inflamed, infected tissue, for some reason, was REALLY painful.

EXTREMELY well, I would say. At some point my left arm was literally TWICE the size it normally is, from cellulitis in the triceps area. 3cc's of colloidal silver in there, the next morning it was just about all GONE. Now the pain of injecting in there, that's another matter. Be prepared to whimper and cry...

I had once suggested to a guy making his own gear that he incorporate some CS into the oil (evaporate the water). He didn't do it though. It does seem like a good idea.
