Cognitive enhancers: just the science

whilst perusing the forums I noticed a lot of people talking about cognitive enhancers, supps for social anxity, supps to increase dopamine as well as supps that are good for sleeping.

I just posted a few articles that I've written on whey protein science so I thought I post some articles that I've written on 2 of my favourite cognitive enhancers Rhodioa and Ashawagandha.

I've tried to keep it real by delivering the science about these 2 compounds in plain English so that it's accessible to all

whats a good dosage combo using RR, ASh and maybe Pirecatem and or theanine, and any other compounds for focus, mental function?
 
I take ashwagandha in the evening because it generally calms the CNS. For some people, ashwagandha is a sedative.

I am current taking 225-450mg of an 8% withanolide glycosides

I take this on an emprty stomach with my evening supps

I sleep very well and have very lucid dreams alothough I haven't learnt to control the dreams yet :(

Re. the rhodiola.....well I take this on an empty stomach as soon as I wake. I take 300mg of a 3% rosavin.

I take a lot of stims in the morning with my wake up supps. The rhodiola tends to smooth out the peak/rush/ I'm one of those guys that functions better when my motors reving at 8000rpms. A lot of my friends can't handle my morning regime. Perhaps they can't handle me on my morning regime. I'm a fairly intense guy.

Anyhow.....for me Rhdiola in morning and ashwagandha 1 hour before bed.
