Coconut oil: good or bad for libido/test/sexual function?

Hey everyone.

So I have read conflicting reports on coconut oil. Studies show that it's high Lauric acid content inhibits 5ar. At the same time saturated fats help increase test.

I have heard reports of some guys, those taking moderate to high amounts daily, experiencing low libido and sexual dysfunction. I figure this is from low DHT? As DHT is very important for those things, among others.

I have also read reports from guys noticing increased libido.

I'm wondering if nature only intends for a certain amount of coconut oil to
Be ingested for it to have an adaptogenic effect but past a certain threshold it can negatively effect DHT levels.

I was actually only thinking of using a small amount daily, topically on my scalp in the amount of 1 tsp (been shown to help with hairloss) and washout after 20 minutes. The reason I'm asking these questions is because I've been ***very*** sensitive to 5ar inhibitors, both topically/internally, natural and synthetic.

I'm curious on what everyone's take/experiences are with coconut oil?

Thanks!

I've used coconut oil as lube. Haha, now I can't stand that freaking smell!

I take it every night for the past 2 weeks, never had libido issues just for fat source. Let me tell you my morning wood is ridiculous.

Great.. see this is the reason why shops can charge double what they did before lol

Nothing wrong with saturated fat from coconut oil,or any in moderation. Much better than any sugar you consume. Give a try, I would be interested in any feed back.
