CnP beginner, want to start a log.

Been lurking here. OP, I commend you for starting into this healthy lifestyle. Question is: are you bulking or cutting? It seems you are cutting so you shouldn't expect increases in lifts as the body is losing mass. Increases in lifts come with eating over your daily maintenance calories.
 
He for sure shouldn't be cutting. At the age of 16 or 17 you shouldn't care about what anyone thinks of you. Put in the work get as big as you can. So what if you can't see your abs. It the best time in your life to bulk up in my opinion. Nobody but yourself cares at that age. As far as girls are concerned at that age you have like a 1% chance you are going to find the person that you are going to spend your life with. They don't care about you either. Even now in my life my wife loves me no matter how I look. At this point in my life I am still the only person who really cares how I look. I can't say it more strongly or loudly BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Dude you're 16. I don't get why you feel the need for stims anyway. I'd try a month or two without em and see what happens. Plus, if your lifts don't progress, try changing up the excercise. My OHP has been stalling for two or so months now, the day before yesterday I used fat gripz and dumbells instead of barbell OHP. Turns out my left shoulder seems to be wa weaker. So now I know what to focus on. And don't get too hung up over not making weekly gains on your lifts. If that woild go on forever, records would be a lot higher..

Today was stim free.
Felt completely fine.
I just love to take a crapload of stims, turn up some hardcore and go lift heavy ****.
 
Try just having a coffee before you work out, listen to some heavy music and kick ass.
I try and limit my pre workout use to days when i'm absolutely exhausted or have a light fun session. Use pre workout as your ace card, save for days you really need it.

How are you finding the Intermittent fasting? Has your bodyweight and bodyfat % changed?

Otherwise good stuff brother! Looking good.

Also, NurseGray is giving you some solid advice! I wish I did what he is preaching.
