Phew...I am glad you guys think it was so successful cause after looking at those pics next to each other I didn't see so much of a difference as I did just looking in the mirror. Plus the fact the tape measure said my legs were the only thing that grew kinda threw me for a loop too.

At least I know I "feel" bigger, my T shirts are fitting tighter, and I am way stronger than I was prior to the P-Mag. So I guess you two guys have it right. It was a very successful cycle, minus the horrible lethargy. Other than that I feel completely recovered after only 8 days. I am however still in the process of realigning my sleep/wake cycles. Once that is configured then I will be totally back to normal. But as far as hormones go, I feel just fine as I am typing this response.

Thanks to everyone who followed this log. If I ever decide to log any future cycles I will try to inform the regular visitors to this thread if I remember to.

PCT seems to be going well. Im still working on getting up earlier, its getting a little better every day. Still NO sides to mention. I have however been considerably irritable for the past week. IDK what happened but all the little things seem to be driving me to the point of wanting to scream and throw stuff.
Other than that, all is well in PCT.
 
Update

This past weeks PCT has really put a damper on my progress. I weighed myself this morning and I was down from 237(end of cycle) to 226. So Ive lost about 11lbs. My diet has fallen off track completely. I have no desire to eat any more until my stomach begins to hurt from trying to digest itself, and I've missed several doses of PCT supplements over the past week b/c I've fallen asleep in the chair every day for past week then I wake up and the last thing I wanna do is choke down a bunch of pills that smell like cat piss.

My workouts have been so so this week. Friday's arm workout yielded insane pumps once again and I was able to throw up 225x13 on the flat bench and 205x12 on incline bench last Tuesday.

I am getting up a little easier here and there but I seem to have no motivation to go to the gym. Today was the worst. Plus it didn't help the loser running my gym decided to close the place at noon today and only gave 3 days notice. Sucks for me I didn't happen to see the sign they supposedly posted on Friday letting everyone know.

I friggin HATE the gym I go to now.

sorry, I had to vent and tell someone who would understand...
 
dont get discouraged. The only thing u can do is get back on track. Dont miss any more doses, just eat a lot (of anything- watever u can get down) and up creatine intake.... about 10g a day for a few weeks will really help get your size and strength back. Its not to late to reclaim your gains!
 
i hear ya man. im working around 55 hours a week lately (manual labor) and go to the gym after work. im finishing up my cycle and my weight is already down because of all the work ive been doing.. I espically hear you about the gym... mine did that same thing to me. i went there friday and there were no signs then when i went monday had one saying it was closed... just keep your head up and control what you can. go to the gym and take your doses. whether your workouts are great or your weight goes up is irrelevant to me because i figure its all about the long term so just make it through it.
 
I hear you two guys on keeping up the intensity. However, what is everyone's opinion on cutting out the Nolva due to irritability sides and sticking with a test booster for a little longer. I still have an unopened bottle of Blue Up in the cabinet but Ive been EXTREMELY irritable for about the past two or three weeks. Mostly since beginning PCT. I mean I got ripped of the Giant Eagle today and I was outside looking for someone, anyone to give me a dirty look so I could have an excuse to knock their teeth out. Then I came home and had pretty much complained to my lady friend about my day, which totally changed the way she feels about me.

So as of last night, the Nolva is done for. I will definitely try adding in 10g of creatine/day starting tomorrow.

What is your guys views on creatine loading phases as Ive heard multiple reports from many reputable sources???


On a positive note, I did hit a clean flat bench PR at 310x1 today after a first attempt miss. My chest felt/looked nice and full after my workout today.

As far as the other supplements, like PCT Assist, Liver Assist, MassFX and LeanFX, the only ones Ive missed are an occasional MassFX evening dose and pretty much all my LeanFX doses except for maybe two this week. I gotta really try to get back on top of this crap.
 
Do whatever it takes to make you feel good. If nolva is making you feel like shlt, then stop taking it. Feeling good = good workouts. It's really the most important thing anyway, isn't it?

Words spoken like someone who's been through the same crap I take it. I appreciate the input as I've completely stopped the Nolva thinking that's where the majority of the pissyness was coming from so I have to still give it a few more days, maybe even another week until its totally out of my system.

As for motivation though, I have had NONE for the past week or so either. I had to thank my lady friend for pushing me to workout yesterday but now after last nights conversations IDK where our relationship will go now. My anger has already caused me to lose one amazing woman who literally loved me so much it drove me insane, I wont let myself do that to another woman. Its not fair to them.
But for the motivation, does anyone have any experience with USPLabs Prime in PCT???
I ask b/c I was mega dosing Prime for about 5 weeks pre cycle and felt great. Just wondering if this would be of any benefit. However, Im already way tired of choking down loads of pills every few hours.

Any input it appreciated.
 
I am a big fan of Anadraulic State in PCT along with some heavy music. It defn helps me keep up that intensity. I have had shut down like you are experiencing with past cycles. The important thing here is to just keep working out and get through it. Find something that gets you p*ssed off and use it in the gym to fuel your workout. Let the irritability and anger drive you.

Yeah, I am kind of leaning that way myself after the events of last night. I mean, I am aware of the fact I have issues with controlling my anger, I DO NOT need foreign substances in my body contributing to me being angrier than I already am.
That being said, today was a 180 degree spin from yesterday. Other than not having any motivation this a.m. and literally having to force myself to go to the gym it was actually an excellent day overall.

Once I got to the gym all the regulars knew something was up with me by the look on my face. But after getting started it all sort of started to melt away and I even laughed a little by the end.

I ended up rocking out three sets of BB Military Press at 135x10, 185x6, 205x4. And that was real weight, not the Smith Machine. I was happy with that. Plus my shoulder was feeling pretty good and giving me only a little pain was definitely helping to fuel the 'good' fire.

I hit twq sets of what I would call a Overhead Shoulder Flye for 15x12, 15x12, I stopped cause my shoulder was getting sore but I finished strong with SS of Rear Delt Flyes/Lateral Delt Flyes and Seated Shrugs. My shoulders felt tight and pumped after that.

I tried to hang with my trainer on a Abs workout but he pretty much put me to shame with his 6% BF trained abs compared to my 16% abs.

But overall, Great workout, Great day, and Im going back in the morning to let my trainer destroy my back for a half hour.

IDK if the Nolva is completely out of me yet or what but I just felt a million times happier today. I must mention though, I did begin reading a book for church last night and it seems to have really challenged my way of thinking. If anyone is interested in the name of the book you can PM me, Id be glad to tell you about it.

Enough said, Im gonna eat again and pass out!

I have preloaded with Prime my last week of a cycle and into PCT to maintain strength gains. I have several buddies who do the same thing. I currently do 2 am, 2 pm, and 5 caps 30 minutes before working out. I love that stuff.

As far as preloading the creatine, I've done it both ways, preload and just start with 5-10 grams a day. I honestly can't say one method is better than the other, at least in my case.
 
So, let me get this straight. You are in PCT and you have already lost 9 pounds and didn't really experience any noticeable/measurable gains? This begs the question: Why even bother taking a PH/DS?

I have been shutdown in PCT before. Everyones body reacts different to different compounds. Drop the Nolva if it is making you fell like sh*t. The best thing you can do is just fight through it (the shutdown) and try to keep up that motivation and intensity in the gym. Keep your head high brother because you will get through it.

Maybe the tape measure didnt read what I wanted it to at the end of the cycle but I think my pictures as well as everyone's responses to them speak for my gains. Plus I felt amazing ON cycle other than the lethargy. Strength was way higher than pre cycle.

And yes I was down 9lbs but I am back up another 5lbs after a few days of training and forcing myself to eat. The Nolva and my body just really did not get along very well at all. Now that Ive been Nolva free for 3 days I feel WAAAY better, my mood in getting better, and my motivation is coming back. My appetite however, is still way down compared to when I was ON.

And I did mention that I was able to set another PR on my last chest day. So the strength seems to be sticking around.

Tomorrow's arm day which has been an awesome run the past 5 out of 6 workouts. I am looking forward to the arm pumps which leave me unable to get my headphones back in my ears.

Thanks for the input. Now that I am feeling better than earlier in the week I am planning more on adding the Prime mega dosing once PCT is finished simply because I cant stand taking so many pills every day. Its hard enough to choke down the Liver Assist and PCT Assist twice a day without coughing up a capsule or two.

As for the creatine, I added it in on Wednesday of this week. 5g before and after my workouts. Ive yet to notice the increased urine output thus far but I know I havent been drinking as much water as I should. Its been too busy. Plus I forgot my water bottle at the gym for the past two days. I miss out on 1/2 gallon there alone.
 
random update = good news!!!

So its been 7 days since my last dose of Nolva and I must admit, I am feeling a thousand times better than this time last week. I honestly dont think I will ever be using Tamoxafine ever again after this experience.

On another positive note, I attempted the fatty 500 squat today for the second time and was successful with 2 reps. The only bad thing was the guy spotting me was way too close and my butt hit his legs both times on the way down so I was a little less than parallel but I was able to raise the weight for both reps with almost NO effort. IMO if almost felt like the 405 which I hit for a clean set of 10 prior to the 500 set.

My sleep/wake cycles are getting better slowly but are still very hit or miss. I did however decide to begin mega dosing the USPLabs Prime this morning. I popped 5 caps about 20 mins prior to hitting the gym and apparently it payed off very well.

My experience with Prime has been mostly positive with definite abilities in fat loss and energy/focus. Last time I mega dosed Prime I noticed a big difference in my ability to get out of bed and get going in the morning. So naturally this is one of the main things Im looking for from the Prime in addition to the muscle building properties.

In addition, I know Prime is not considered an Anabolic but I will continue to post occasionally on my progress/weight gain/fat loss and strength increases when I see anything significant.

Hopefully waking up will get quite a bit easier with the addition of the Prime. We will see tomorrow cause I gotta hit the gym early due to different things I gotta get done throughout the day.

Im still not sure what my next cycle will be since I cant stand not having ripped abs but I know I will never feel "big enough." Im thinking either H-drol or maybe giving the Estane a run. I am definitely in need of a solid recomp. Just need to figure something out as far as adequate PCT seeing as Nolva is out of the question for me.

Imo, you should continue to bulk. I have run Epi a few times and it is by far one of my personal favorites. You ever think about doing an inject cycle?

Yeah, the thought has crossed my mind but I've shut it down due to numerous personal beliefs/reasons. Plus injectables just seem so much more complicated to me.

As far as bulking is concerned, if my appetite ever seems to return to what it was on the Pmag I will satisfy it but I typically have a really hard time keeping my stomach full all day. I'm just not hungry so its easier for me to slim down a little. But hopefully with the addition of the Prime I might be able to do a little of both.

Plus, IDK what I did but I had to leave the gym after about 30 minutes yesterday cause my elbow was killing me after a moderately heavy set of flat bench. It felt fine a few hours later until I cut some tree branches for my mom then it was killing me again. Its fine this morning so Im gonna try a back workout and see what happens.

Injects are actually safer than the oral method but I do understand it is just not for some people. Imo you should continue to "lean bulk", pound down those calories and concentrate on putting on a little bit more size for about a year. Judging by your after photos, if you put on a lean 10lbs you would be huge!!!!!

I would love to bulk for a year or so but my finances need to be in better order to be able to afford enough food to keep my fridge stocked. However, I am working on cutting out a bunch of extra stuff I waste money on lately.

Also, I am a terrible cook and I get extremely bored eating the same thing every day. I have just recently gotten into a good habit of eating breakfast more often than not. But lunch and mid day snacks are very hit or miss with me. I would definitely need some serious assistance in the area of what types of foods to purchase and what types of meals are best/most healthy. Nutrition has NEVER been one of my strong points.

So far the Prime is working pretty well. Too bad my elbow is not. My injury from yesterdays bench workout is still very sore with ANY force full pushing/pulling motion. I think I am most likely going to stay clear of any weights for the rest of this week and just hit a few more ab workouts so I don't just lay around. I know myself, if I push through this injury there is a very real chance this could become a permanent, nagging type injury, like my shoulder. Which has just recently gotten a bit better.

The thing that makes me kinda uneasy is that part in the write up that says it has TCH in it and youre not supposed to drive for 2 hrs after dosing. That to me sounds a little sketchy. I stopped reading after that. Other than that it looks like a good product.

As far as the diet help goes, I would love and greatly appreciate ANY assistance given to me in that area. I mean I was a Giant Eagle today and I had absolutely NO idea what to buy. I ended up buying $20 worth of beverages cause I'm sick of drinking the same thing.

And to be totally honest, after the conversation I had with my father this week I think I'm gonna shy away from PH's for a while and see what I can do if I can REALLY get my diet on track. I know it'll be a challenge but so is everything else in life. And plus, I really need to get my abs back. I feel SOOO fat anymore not having them pop after a good abs session.
