Do whatever it takes to make you feel good. If nolva is making you feel like shlt, then stop taking it. Feeling good = good workouts. It's really the most important thing anyway, isn't it?

I am a big fan of Anadraulic State in PCT along with some heavy music. It defn helps me keep up that intensity. I have had shut down like you are experiencing with past cycles.
Yea, it took me a long time to realize that PH's were just not worth it to me. The results were f'ing incredible, but it's just not worth it if I feel lethargic/unmotivated/sh'tty most of the day. I'm taking nothing but DTHC now and my workouts are incredible. And I feel great and get a lot of productive things done during the day. Feeling on top of the world > being huge.
Edit: The constant swings of PCT sucked too.
But for the motivation, does anyone have any experience with USPLabs Prime in PCT???
I ask b/c I was mega dosing Prime for about 5 weeks pre cycle and felt great. Just wondering if this would be of any benefit. However, Im already way tired of choking down loads of pills every few hours.
Any input it appreciated.

Now that you say that, it makes sense cause I really haven't had any sort of libido/arousal since PCT began other than Friday evening...but it was only PG-13. Being that I cant stand the sides from the Nolva, what do you suggest other than just riding it out and just training hard and eating???
So, let me get this straight. You are in PCT and you have already lost 9 pounds and didn't really experience any noticeable/measurable gains? This begs the question: Why even bother taking a PH/DS?
I have preloaded with Prime my last week of a cycle and into PCT to maintain strength gains. I have several buddies who do the same thing. I currently do 2 am, 2 pm, and 5 caps 30 minutes before working out. I love that stuff.
As far as preloading the creatine, I've done it both ways, preload and just start with 5-10 grams a day. I honestly can't say one method is better than the other, at least in my case.
So its been 7 days since my last dose of Nolva and I must admit, I am feeling a thousand times better than this time last week. I honestly dont think I will ever be using Tamoxafine ever again after this experience.
On another positive note, I attempted the fatty 500 squat today for the second time and was successful with 2 reps. The only bad thing was the guy spotting me was way too close and my butt hit his legs both times on the way down so I was a little less than parallel but I was able to raise the weight for both reps with almost NO effort. IMO if almost felt like the 405 which I hit for a clean set of 10 prior to the 500 set.
My sleep/wake cycles are getting better slowly but are still very hit or miss. I did however decide to begin mega dosing the USPLabs Prime this morning. I popped 5 caps about 20 mins prior to hitting the gym and apparently it payed off very well.
My experience with Prime has been mostly positive with definite abilities in fat loss and energy/focus. Last time I mega dosed Prime I noticed a big difference in my ability to get out of bed and get going in the morning. So naturally this is one of the main things Im looking for from the Prime in addition to the muscle building properties.
In addition, I know Prime is not considered an Anabolic but I will continue to post occasionally on my progress/weight gain/fat loss and strength increases when I see anything significant.

Yeah, I definitely intend on keeping up with periodic updates here. Now that I am home from work I can say I had another really good day. I didn't really get mad at anything and stayed calm all day.
Hopefully waking up will get quite a bit easier with the addition of the Prime. We will see tomorrow cause I gotta hit the gym early due to different things I gotta get done throughout the day.
Im still not sure what my next cycle will be since I cant stand not having ripped abs but I know I will never feel "big enough." Im thinking either H-drol or maybe giving the Estane a run. I am definitely in need of a solid recomp. Just need to figure something out as far as adequate PCT seeing as Nolva is out of the question for me.
Imo, you should continue to bulk. I have run Epi a few times and it is by far one of my personal favorites. You ever think about doing an inject cycle?
Go to Nutraplanet.com and pick up some "Black Hole". That will stimulate your appetite and help you keep pounding those calories.
Injects are actually safer than the oral method but I do understand it is just not for some people. Imo you should continue to "lean bulk", pound down those calories and concentrate on putting on a little bit more size for about a year. Judging by your after photos, if you put on a lean 10lbs you would be huge!!!!!
let us know how the prime works... i picked up hexaghen and added it to pct. Its a similiar IGF-1 stimulator but I heard prime is better... im curious to see how you like it
Ive heard of Black Hole. I know you've used it before, are the results worth it. And thanks for the compliment. I would love to bulk for a year or so but my finances need to be in better order to be able to afford enough food to keep my fridge stocked. However, I am working on cutting out a bunch of extra stuff I waste money on lately.
Also, I am a terrible cook and I get extremely bored eating the same thing every day. I have just recently gotten into a good habit of eating breakfast more often than not. But lunch and mid day snacks are very hit or miss with me. I would definitely need some serious assistance in the area of what types of foods to purchase and what types of meals are best/most healthy. Nutrition has NEVER been one of my strong points.
The results are defn worth it. You will be hungry non stop. It also has something in it to help you digest the massive amounts of food so you dont feel full all the time. When you are ready I can help you with a solid diet bro.
