Pshhh. My weights are nothing compared to what your short little arms can push. Man it SUCKS being tall and having long arms! It makes everything so much harder. Besides that my family has the genetics of a bunch of fat, lazy, Wops who all smoke like chimneys. I've been the biggest person in my family since I was 15. You little guys make it look so easy. LOL

Day 31

So Ive come to realize, this cycle is giving me a considerable amount of lethargy that I really did not expect to experience. So for the rest of the cycle I'm just gonna try to get going whenever I can in the am. Stop focusing so much always on what time it is.

Like I posted above, today's chest workout was awesome. I felt good and strong with much less shoulder and elbow pain than the last two weeks. I ended up hitting 305x1 on the bench which is my new PR. I also rocked out 225x13 which was another PR!

I know I said last night I was gonna work more towards a chest pump than anything but even though I didn't have the same insane pump in my chest I've been getting in my arms, I could still tell a difference between how I looked walking in and walking out of the gym today. My chest looked full, however when I did attempt to work up a decent pump with a few Pec Deck drop sets, that old nagging shoulder injury/fatigue decided to set in real deep.

I was able though to get 2 sets of 12 on Incline DB Flyes x45 and 50lbs. I ditched those due to shoulder pain. Then I did 2 sets of 90x10 Overhead DB Pullovers focusing more on flexing my pecs rather than stretching my lats. After that was three sets of Feet Elevated Push-ups. BWx30, BWx26, BWx15. Push-ups are usually a very weak exercise for me but today I impressed myself here too.

I finished it all up with a decent abs workout and called it a day. Upon getting to work my arms still looked pumped cause my veins were bulging like crazy, which I can never get enough of. The rest of the day went pretty well thanks to the additional 75mgs of DHEA I popped after my post workout meal. Speaking of DHEA I just remembered I took 50mgs this morning after I caught myself dozing in the front room after breakfast. The DHEA seemed to help considerably cause even after fooling around in the bathroom trying to get ready I laid down for like 3 minutes but I found that I was not tired enough to go back to sleep so it was MUCH easier to get back up.

So IMO I am very much liking the addition of DHEA to this cycle for lethargy and mood support. As I've also been in exceptionally good moods throughout this entire cycle up till now. With less than 2 full weeks left and an entire unopened bottle of P-Mag on the counter, I am skeptical as to if I should try stepping up to 100mgs a day again for the last few days. You know, just so I don't waste whatever is left over.

Imo I wouldn't not bump up the P-mag dosage. Reason being that you are already see the sides with harsh lethargy. Upping it will make it worse and has potential to bring on other sides. The sides vs gains may not be worth it. You know your current dosage is working nicely so if it were me I would stay right where your at. Over all your cycle is looking very good. Congrats again and keep up that intensity!!!!!!!

You make a very good point. I think I'll keep it at 75mgs for the rest of the ride just to be safe. Everyone who's read any of my log posts know that more lethargy is the LAST thing I want/need at this point.

Day 32

Today was another day off due first helping my father, which I could have still done had I gotten up earlier and lifted. But due to the lethargy, as always, I couldn't get going until almost noon.

Tomorrow morning is my first workout with my new trainer. We're gonna hit some shoulders and abs for about 30 minutes. I really want to see what he brings as far as new exercises to work an old injured shoulder.

I will also be hitting back most likely Friday morning and arms on Saturday to finish out the lifting this week. I am looking forward to the big pumps on arm day and hopefully back day as well. I typically have a very hard time getting my lats to fill out with a pump.

As far as sides, the lethargy is still my only real enemy. Acne is not a problem like I thought it would be, no shedding has been noticed, and aggression has been very well under control with the DHEA. I've actually been in a much better mood since this cycle began. I know I've said that multiple times but that is because it is so important to me that I don't constantly get upset.

im liking what i have seen from pmag thus far. my friend is on it right now after bridging from mdrol to it. his strength is still improving through the pmag only.

i think im going to bridge my alpha one into pmag.
 
Day 33

Today was over all a fabulous day compared to what I've been having lately.
I woke up around 7am, had breakfast, and was able to stay awake until 9:30 when my trainer appointment was thanks to 50mgs of DHEA after breakfast.

My new trainer put my shoulders through the paces. The one thing he had me do I've never done was wide grip upright rows on the smith machine. These felt way better on the joints and I was able to go considerably heavy being it was my first time doing them. I liked 'em. However, he killed me by SS that with a DB upright row/shrug combo which really made my low back tight and sore.

He also had me do a move I'm not sure how to describe it...high pulleys in both hands, arms out to sides and basically press your hands down to your hips bilaterally. It was pretty cool. I always thought this was more of a back/lats move but I could def feel it in my shoulders after the upright rows I did.

Overall the workout kicked my butt. My shoulder was DONE by the time my 30 minutes was up. I was able to get a half way decent abs circuit in before leaving the gym.

Upon getting home I showered quick and headed out to do some stuff for my dad at the bank. After that it was off to work but not before stopping at Chipotle for my 2nd burrito in less than 24 hours.
Work was good, I was able to control my temper pretty well all night. It was so busy though I completely forgot to take my 25mg evening dose of P-Mag again. I hate when its that busy at work!!!

Either way now I had to make myself type this up before falling asleep on the floor playing with the cat. Hopefully tomorrow will be follow up to today's attitude with only a better, less painful workout and maybe, hopefully, another PR.
 
Day 27
I am also up to 237.4lbs from about 225 pre cycle. Sides are still not very noticable, however, I am noticing I feel much more confident walking around ever where which is VERY pleasing seeing as I have little to no self confidence.
I am looking forward to posting my pics but my pre cycle pics are extremely low quality b/c I really want to see them next to myself at this point.

Sounds like your cycle is going great!! I'm gonna have to be a little bit of a wet blanket here, remember that this increase in self-confidence is gonna go down when you hit PCT, that sudden loss of size and circulating hormones can be rough, my first PCT was (complicated by clomid)

I use HCG every cycle now and no more clomid and the self-confidence stays... AAS can be a transformative experience.

Haha its funny you say that because I've just recently started talking to a new lady who always seems to comment on how big my muscles are. I eat that stuff up like candy. But I am actually looking forward to PCT simply because this lethargy is driving me crazy! Today was just another normal day ON cycle for me...

Day 34

Today had potential when I woke up around 7am and ate breakfast but that potential was quickly lost when I fell back asleep until 1:00. Luckily the girl I mentioned above called me and woke me up. She could only talk for a minute but was amazed I hadn't worked out yet that day. I kept telling her how upset I was with myself. So when she had to go I got my act together and got in a pretty good speedy back workout. I figure short and fast pace is better than no workout at all.

I started with 3 SS of HS High-Low Row and HS Iso Row. The Iso Rows actually felt REALLY good in my lats which is unusual for me cause I have such long arms.
I followed the HS Rows up with BB Bent Over Rows SS with DB Overhead Pullovers focused on stretching my lats. The first set of 135 bent over rows felt really good but I didn't get so lucky with the last two sets of 155. Although I did widen my grip for both of the last two sets from my normal grip.
I was able to rock out 3 sets of 8, 8, and 6 with a 90lb DB on Pullovers which I thought was impressive. I also felt an insane stretch with each rep on these.
I finished up with One Arm DB Rows. I only did one set bilaterally with 70 for my right arm and 60 for the left because my left side is considerably larger than my right side other than my right bicep. The weird thing is I am right handed. I've heard differing opinions on this problem.
Anyways, I rocked 3 sets on my right arm. 70x10, 80x10, 90x8. The 90 felt pretty heavy but that is probably the biggest DB Ive ever used to do that lift. I usually concentrate more on form when doing this exercise but I just felt the need to move some weight.
Last was a really fast abs workout before hitting the shower and heading to work at the last minute. I definitely liked what I saw in the mirror getting in the shower. My abs still looked defined even after gaining 10+ lbs.

Work on the other hand was insane. The power went out around 5pm, all the computers were broken after that which led to me yelling at one of the girls I was working with. Worst part is I was in charge today. I was able to calm down very quickly and apologize, luckily the girl I yelled at is a good friend and is super cool.

As far as sides are concerned, I've been noticing more and more heartburn for about the last 10 days or so. It was really bad today after smashing 6 pieces of pizza. Stupid red sauce!
Other than that, Ive been getting really short, very isolated cramps in my obliques and back when I seem to turn or bend over the wrong way. They're nothing terrible, I just have be sure to straighten up as soon as I feel them set in. Acne is not a problem still, aggression is pretty well controlled, and I am not shedding at all that I've noticed.

Good notes, my strength is definitely up and my arms are looking more vascular every day.

Tomorrow is scheduled to be another killer pumps arm day. I cant wait.
 
Day 35

Today was another great arms workout!

Its Saturday so I let myself sleep in a little. Woke up around 10 felt rested and headed to the gym around 11:45 or noon. My workout started out great with BB curl drop sets SS with bench dips which gave me a nice bicep pump to start the day off.
The second lift caused some pain in my shoulder being I forgot to take my Aleve before going to the gym this morning. So I had to modify the workout a bit. I ended up doing a three pre drop sets of DB curls and SS with one set of DB skull crushers which I didn't like the feel of and two sets of heavy Overhead tricep DB lifts...I am not a real sure what this lift is called exactly. But its a good one to go kinda heavy on with little to no pain.
Last came my favorite of the cycle so far, Reverse EZ Bar Curls SS with Overhead Rope Extension Drop sets. Both of these exercises produced huge pumps in my bi's and tri's. I could barely bend my arms when it was all done.

I finished up with a few sets of Reverse wrist curls and Front wrist curls with EZ bar to pretty much failure, hit some abs and called it a day.

My arms look gigantic when I changed in the locker room and my abs didn't look bad either. This cycle is definitely more fun than my H-drol run other than the terrible lethargy. But the H-drol gave me really bad depression but I attribute that mostly to outside sources, mainly the women in my life at that time.

Over all Fabulous workout with Huge arm pumps. Now its time to eat some chicken and a bunch of other stuff for the rest of the day. If it weren't for the lethargy I could easily stay ON this cycle for a very long time.

I jumped on the scale just for you justeat... wearing short and a t-shirt I weighed in at 237.3lbs. I haven't eaten very much today just because I've been busy all day but I'm gonna try to slam at least one more PB&J before going to bed.

interested in your progress man, seems like things are going well. hopefully you keep your gains and not like one of the guys said about losing all that size. I',m looking into h-drol or p-mag myself. awesome job man

Thanks bro. Yeah this cycle is treating me very well. It is extremely enjoyable in every way other than the morning lethargy. I am hoping my PCT goes as well as gymaddict20's and justeat's just because we all jumped on the cycle train as it was rolling through town around the same time. I am about 3 week behind both of them with 6 days left ON cycle but am LOVIN it!

Day 36

Today was a scheduled off day due to the weekend and other plans that I had. Yesterday's workout was insane. I can definitely see that my arms are getting bigger. My mom even said something today and she knows I'm on a PH. She's cool with it and just tells me to be careful and always do my research.

I actually woke up rather easy this morning which was refreshing. I was a little sleepy during church but the pastor took care of that by constantly looking at me throughout his message.

Other than that today was an average day off. I got a little mad at Nissan regarding my car for a minute but was able to calm down just as quick. So overall, it was a good day. I did not eat nearly enough to maintain anabolism, but did have an awesome time with the new girl I'm talking to. That alone makes for a great day.

Tomorrow morning is my last ON cycle leg workout. I really wanna try to get as close to a 450 squat as possible. That would make for a second great day in a row.

Just wondering what effect, if any, you are seeing from the addition of the formestane.

Honestly, not much. But its only been 8 days. 7 or which were at only 50mgs/day. I am expecting to see more in the next 14 days or so.

Day 37

Today started and ended terribly. I didn't even get out of bed until about 12:30. Got to the gym around 1 and only had time to do squats, stiff leg deadlifts, and lunges before having to shower for work.
I was however, successful in my attempt at a squat of 475. It was super clean, slow and plenty deep enough. It felt good, but heavy at the same time. My PR is 485 but that was at 17 yrs old and only 195lbs. I really wanted 500 but if I would have missed on that it just would have ruined the day even more.

I attribute the majority of today's crappiness to the lack of DHEA in my system upon arriving at work. I not only put my 2nd dose of P-mag in the wrong bag, but also forgot to grab my DHEA before leaving for the gym and not coming home before work. So I'm thinking that may have something to do with my low morale all day.

Other than that, I didn't eat enough once again and missed yet another dose of P-mag.
I am definitely ready to be done with this cycle. However, if after ending the P-mag, I resort back to my old angry self, I will forever long to be on P-mag...and I mean forever. This stuff has helped me to feel so good for the past 5 weeks. Without the lethargy this would have be a completely side free cycle. No Joke.
The pain in my elbow I'm not 100% sure was caused by the PH. The lethargy on the other hand, is a dead ringer.

My thoughts on today...

1st third of the day was wasted sleeping. Two hours of the day were spent during a great workout and shower. The last third of the day was spent in a pissy mood around people I tend to complain too much to already.

I am going to bed...after a second dose of Formestane and something to eat...
 
I would defn run the nolva just to be on the safe side bro. I love Size-on!!! That sh*t works great.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Question for you Nick, should I run the Nolva all 4 weeks of PCT or throw in the Blue Up on week 3 to pick up where the Formestane leaves off.
This will be my first time with a SERM so I'm still a bit uneasy about it. I hope my PCT goes half as well as yours seems to be going.

Day 38

Woke up around 8:30 and popped 75mgs of DHEA to keep myself awake. After breakfast it was off to work on chest day.

I was a bit disappointed with my performance on flat bench. I got 225, 235, and 250 all for five good clean reps. But at 265 I was only getting 3 reps on my own and the fourth one was a no go.
I did however hit two sets of 100lbs DB for 5 on incline press. Actually it was one set of 5 and one set of 4 but the second set was a bit more focused on form.
One good thing, this week I was successful at obtaining a good chest pump with 3 sets of 80x30, 30, & 20 on the Peck Deck. A couple push ups here and there and a decent abs circuit and I called it quits.
The workout today felt short but it did what I wanted. Make my chest look and feel bigger.

My day at work on the other hand was disastrous once again. I don't know whats going on in my head but for the past 2 days I have been in the pissiest mood as soon as I get to work at 3:00. I REALLY hope I can blame this on the PH or maybe the Formestane, cause if its stemming from work itself, I will be in for a rough ride. The past two days I've been acting exactly like the person I was at the end of last year, which is the person I am trying SOOO hard to put behind me. I have made significant progress in that area so I'm sure you guys can understand my concern.

I ended up taking another 50mgs of DHEA before work which didnt seem to do as much as it did last week. At this point PCT is looking more and more attractive. Besides, I don't like telling people I weigh almost 240lbs. That makes me sound like a fat slob cause I cannot move nearly enough steel to carry around that much weight. I guess you guys can be the real judges when I post my before and after pics here in the next few days.
 
Day 39

After sleeping the better part of the day away today Ive decided that I am going to start PCT tomorrow morning. Ive already taken my last dose of P-Mag so I am really hoping and praying that this lethargy is quickly diminshed.

I am also very concerned about the pissy mood Ive been in for the past 3 days of so as this is very unacceptable to me as well as my profession.

I plan on keeping regular updates throughout PCT to let you guys know how Im feeling. I am very optimistic but kind of skeptical at the same time because my PCT is not as deep as Gymaddict20's of Justeat's. However, my cycle wasnt as harsh either, so I guess I will be the judge of how good I feel.

At this point I dont feel shutdown at all compared to how I felt on H-drol last year. Acne is very little, but my skin has gotten a bit more oily. No shedding has been noticed and other than the lethargy and the new onset of moodiness I feel great. Im stronger and definitely bigger than I was 6 weeks ago so IMO this cycle was strong success.

I will do my best to post pics in the next few days.

I'll see about trying to take some Friday cause Im supposed to get together with my new lady friend who just happens to have a photography hobby. I mentioned to her about needing pictures but I dont know if she knew I was serious.

As far as total mass I'd say probably a little over 12lbs increase. Strength numbers are a little harder to compute because I have not gone as heavy as I went while ON is over a year. But last year on H-drol I could only BP 295x1 max. I wasn't squatting nearly as hard as I am now on the H-drol cycle either. But I maxed out my squat at 485 when I was 17 and only weight 195lbs. But that was in high school when lifting was the only thing I was committed to.

Over all I am very pleased with the size and strength Ive gained. I am gonna have my trainer measure me up sometime next week to see exactly what the tape measure says. I'm pretty sure almost every part of my body I trained got a bigger. I know my chest definitely looks the part!
 
Day 40-PCT Day 1

I feel much better today already. The lethargy is much less than it was yesterday but probably b/c I had so much extra sleep built up in me.

Waking up today was pretty easy and got going well. Punched in at the gym at 9:35 and left around 11:20. I did talk a little and take my time in the locker room post workout.
My workout was way better than I expected it to be. I actually had to go back into my apt to take my Jack3d as I was walking to my car. And boy did that extra few seconds pay off. My focus was great, strength was still up, however, I switched up my workout a bit just for some muscle confusion.

When I made it to Lat Pulldowns my first two sets were super easy, so I did a drop set on the third till failure. I ended up hitting 200x5 clean reps Drop set to 160 x 15 when my arms gave out. But I was really trying to concentrate on squeezing my shoulders on each rep.

My bent over BB rows felt incredibly light today as well. I hit them at 135x6, x6, and x15. The last set had to stop b/c I had a back pump from my DB Overhead pullovers which I hit three sets of 5 with the 90lbs DB.

I finished up my back with Incline Prone DB Rows 55x6, 55x6, 50x11-failure.

After a good abs circuit I headed home. Upon changing my shirt before leaving my back definitely looked like it was pumped up and my abs were looking pretty good too. I def. liked what I saw in the mirror. Even the shirt I wore home was hard to get over my arms cause apparently they were pumped up too!

Overall, GREAT first PCT workout. Oh yeah, I decided to go ahead and add in the Gaspari SizeOn during today's workout. It tastes like water and dirt so I plan on just downing it as fast as I can post workout simply due to the horrible taste. But Ive heard nothing but good things about this stuff.

On question I have is this... Would it be beneficial to add an additional 5-10 grams of micronized creatine to the SizeOn or would I most likely be wasting my money and time??? I was thinking 5g pre workout and 5g later in the day like around dinner time. Kind of like a loading phase just so my cells stay constantly saturated with creatine all day and night. And I drink plenty of water throughout the day and would of course be adding a lot more on the creatine.
Any thoughts/prior experience on is much appreciated.
 
One more quick question regarding my SERM. I have heard differing opinions from several guys I know personally about how to ingest liquid Nolva. Some say just swallow it down before bed, while others say to let it sit under your tongue to help with absorption.
Which method do most people here at AM prefer???
Also, I'm a little unsure whether posting this question is against forum rules, so if it is Mods, feel free to delete this post.

Yeah I just got word from a friend that its a good idea to mix it with a protein shake. I am probably gonna try that here in a little bit after I shower and apply my Formestane.

But so far, Id say PCT day 1 was good. I had the shakes really bad post workout for several hours but I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the fact I took 1 scoop of SizeOn intra-workout and a scoop of Jack3d pre-workout. I don't know if the SizeOn contains any caffeine or other stims but if anyone else knows for sure please fill me in on this one cause these shakes were pretty intense. I was however in a rather pleasant mood for most of the day today which is one thing I really wanted out of going into PCT early.
 
Yea, just swallow the nolva. I mix mine with a few ounces of water and chase it with some more water and there is no after taste. I'm sure you've noticed it lingers in your mouth if you take it straight...
 
I will mix it. Not really sure if there is any effect when mixing it with OJ or anything with citric acid or not though. I usually throw it in my protein shake.
 
just get the nolva in you it doesnt really matter how imo. i kinda like the taste of it actually so alot of times i would just take it straight, other times i would chase it with cranberry juice.
 
good stuff man, glad your lethargy is wearing off, makes me a little more eager to start my p-mag! i'll only be going for 4 weeks though at 50/75/75/75. Hopefully it kicks in faster than h-drol. Also, where you from in ohio man?
 
Day 41 - PCT Day 2

I believe the lethargy is truly wearing off well. Woke up this morning around 6:30am and was at the gym before 8. Ended up walking around the zoo for few hours so when I got home I slept for like 4 hours or so, mostly cause I had nothing else to do. But its 9:30 and I feel fine.

The workout today was absolutely insane! Today was another of my great pump arm workouts. I was almost unable to put my headphones back in half way through the workout. It was intense!

Strength is still where it was last week, and endurance appears to possibly be increasing but its only been 2 days so this one's still up in the air. My shoulder felt pretty good throughout the entire lifting session but I did keep stretching quite a bit.

I am down about 2 lbs since Weds and I blame that mostly on the decreased amount of calories Ive eaten for the past 2 days. Since stopping the P-Mag I notice I do not seem to be as hungry quite as often.

The shakes I mentioned after yesterdays workout were even worse today. I felt like a crackhead feigning for some rock my hands were so shaky. It did eventually wear off when I made myself calm down and fell asleep for a few minutes waiting for my lady friend to get out of school. After that I was pretty much alright.

Over all, today was another good day. Got to hang out with a super fly chick, got an insane workout/pump on my arms, and still got to take a nice long nap. I'm happy with it.
 
Oh yeah I forgot to mention, the Nolva really does taste like jet fuel. And it does leave a really metallic taste in the sides of the mouth if you take it straight. I licked a tiny big off my dropper just to taste it and thought "Its not so bad." Two minutes later my mouth tasted like I had just eaten a railroad tie. So I ended up mixing it with my late night protein shake and I could still taste slightly.
 
Days 42 & 43 - PCT Days 3 & 4

Sorry for not updating yesterday but you didn't miss anything trust me. I ended up sleeping on and off until I got ready for work around 2pm. I did not lift, I did not eat anything good, I pretty much wasted the entire day other than the 8 hours slave labor we call work. Saturday was truly a waste of a beautiful day.

Sunday was a little better but not much. Woke up a little late for church so I had to rush for that. Got home late cause my friend needed to stop at McDonald's for lunch so I ended up getting 2 McChickens which ended up being all I ate until around 4 after I was at work. Once at work I ate two hot dogs, a plate of salt and vinegar chips and a few cookies (B-day party for a nurse) and that was about it. I didn't feel very hungry throughout the day like Ive been feeling while on the P-Mag.

I did not workout either day this weekend due to my laziness and work schedule. I do however plan to hit the weights hard again in the morning for a good leg workout. I would LOVE to set a PR on the squat rack but we will see how tomorrow morning treats me.

Other than that everything else is still going pretty well. I haven't noticed any sides from the Novla and I am able to get it down pretty easy in a protein shake before bed. I am still using the Formestane at 100mgs/day. I usually apply it to either my chest, inner biceps, or inner thighs. I have yet to notice however, any huge pros or cons regarding the TD Formestane, but I am keeping my hopes up cause I am a huge CEL fan.

But as for me I need to eat something else before I go to bed. I am feeling pretty restless right now so I hope I can calm down seeing as I slept 2/3 of the last two days away.

I am such a BUM!!! That's just one more reason to hit the weights that much harder tomorrow.
 
Perhaps you should keep yourself on a more strict sleep schedule. Waking up early at the same time every day really helps me feel more motivated for the entire day.

Yeah Ive done that and it work well, but ever since my 9 day vacation and the lethargy from the cycle its been hard not to crash every chance I get. But trust me I am already very sick of this as I slept my whole way through high school and college. I definitely don't NEED any more sleep. I think Ive got plenty already saved up to last a lifetime.


Days 44 & 45 -- PCT Days 5 & 6


Monday was a decent day seeing as I wanted to kick it with my lady friend during the day so of course I was at the gym early.

My squats felt strong all the way through 475x1. But 500x1 still eludes me mostly because I'd never had that much weight on my shoulders ever in my life and getting the bar off the rack was a challenge in itself. I ended up getting the weight to parallel nice and controlled but I knew it wasn't gonna go up before I was even all the way down because I don't know why but I couldn't get any more breath in. It was like all the weight was limiting how big a breath I could take. My lungs were already full at only about 3/4 of the way down.

Then upon pressing, it didn't move so the spotter on the left helped it while the dude on my right did not so I just set the weight down easy and was happy I was even able to unrack and control a quarter ton.

After that my legs felt good. I pounded out three sets each of HS single leg extensions and curls. I hit my third set of extensions for 150x8 which was a PR!!!

Then I did my fast becoming a favorite lift of smith machine lunges a bit heavier than usual SS with leg press calf presses. By the end of this my legs were done for. I was running late for the lady friend so I skipped the ab workout too.

Tuesday

Today started off great. I was at the gym by 7:30 and working with my trainer who after the 2nd set was well on his way to destroying me and making me feel like a little girl. The workout however, ended with a great chest pump and a few more push ups than I would have done on my own.

To anyone who's been following this log you know today was the big measure day.
To avoid getting myself depressed before bed I will keep this short.
The only thing that grew in the past 6 weeks was my quads: + 0.75"
My arms seemed to stay the same, however I cant remember which side was measure last time as I have a half inch difference from left to right. Left Bicep: 17.5"
My shoulders stayed exactly the same at 52.5"
The biggest disappointment of the morning was finding out my chest measurements: -2.0" :damnit:

I am glad the measurement was post workout cause after seeing that all I wanted to do was throw a weight through the wall.

Upon getting home and jumping on the scale I realized I am down 9lbs since last Thursday. I blame this solely on my lackluster eating habits and not having enough food in the house to keep me happy.

Other than that I don't even know how to gauge how well my PCT is going. At least I am keeping most of my strength.
 
Don't let it get to you. Its common to lose a little bit of size during PCT. Your strength is still that and that's what is important.

Yeah I hear ya.

As for the sleeping all day I was just searching for all time favorite test booster, 17-HD and have just learned it was discontinued about a year ago. I loved that stuff. You only needed to take on cap/day and your workouts went well, energy was up, and I would wake up every day at like 6am ready for war. That supplement will surely be missed my me.

So what does everyone think about adding a natty test booster this early into PCT simply for the energy boost is should give.
I have an unopened bottle of stim-free Blue up, and about 3/4 bottle of Max Strength MassFX as well as the same amount of Hyperdrol X2 both my AX. I know the HX2 is an AI so I am kinda staying away from that but I am sick of being so tired all the time!
I also don't really want to spend any more money on supps right now. Homie has to pay his bills ya heard!

Do you guys think its too early to mix the natty test booster, Nolva, and the Formestane???

Thoughts???
 
if youre looking for a decent test booster i like animal's N1T. that is what i will be using in addition to nolva and sterol complex for my pct.
 
Well I did have a nice explanation of today's workout until my computer decided to delete it and leave me with a whole lot of nothing to start over with. So unfortunately you guys are the ones who will suffer and I get to go to bed pissed off now because I hate my laptop.

Long story short, workout =good today.
Waking up= easier but not perfection
Appetite= still not what it should be but working on it
Test Booster=added MS MassFX since yesterday and seems to be working well
Tomorrow is arm day. It should be a great lift.
 
PCT Day 8

Decent day today overall. Woke up at a reasonable hour, had a good breakfast, workout was less than perfect but decent, work was easy and ended 2 hours early and hung out with the lady friend till she got called into work.

My appetite was in question earlier today cause I wasn't hungry at all after my workout but once I got to work I couldn't get enough food. I ate almost the whole time I was there. Some good food, and a two pieces of cake(cause I'm a fatty).

I am thinking the MassFX is doing what I wanted it to do in giving me a little morning energy boost. I was also able to rock out +10lbs on my last set of reverse curls. 50x40 with the EZ Bar. My insane arm pump did not come today though so I was a little disappointed but I know it was b/c I was slacking off and goofing around with the dudes at the gym. I still had a pump, it just wasn't as skin tearing as the past few workouts have been.

Still not noticing any sides from PCT/Nolva. The Formestane however has not produced the insane rise in libido I expected which is actually a good thing IMO. I am noticing still a few pimples on the back of my shoulders for about 10 days now. They don't seem to want to go away.
My nuts don't hurt at all although I had no pain ON cycle either. My nips are neither tender nor itchy. All I'm working on from now till the end of PCT is to restore my sleeping/waking habits back to normal, keeping my strength, and possibly regaining a few of the pounds Ive already lost since the last dose of P-Mag.
 
So its about 2:00 in the morning and after sleeping literally ALL day Ive decided to post my before and after pics for my cycle.

The pics in the jeans are pre cycle and the grey and orange shorts are from about 45 minutes ago. The pic with the modification is a post cycle. Again I did not workout today and have been eating like crap for about 10 days. Weight is at 233.1lbs in the buff which is about 4lbs down from my ON cycle high.

Sorry for the low quality I just didn't have a balls to ask my new lady friend to take these.

What do you guys think? And please, be nice.
