Quick update before work...
Workout today was better than average but Ive been exhausted post workout yesterday and today. I'm pretty tired now but will manage through the rest of the day. Plus Ive been eating WAY more than I usually do for about 3 days or so. The bloated feeling is not something I enjoy.
 
I am stil with ya bro. Been traveling for work and haven't had any time to update my log let alone check anyone else's. Everything still looks pretty good. Are you running any DHEA for the lethargy?

Yeah, but Ive only had to take it once I think until today. I am in a really pissy mood today for reasons that I shouldn't let upset me. So I literally just popped 75mgs of DHEA now hoping my day at work wont suck as bad as my day at the gym.

maybe i missed it but has your weight changed at all since you started?

Yes, I'm up from right around 225 to 229.4 for the last 3 or 4 days. However, the recomp effect has worn off dramatically since last week. But my supervisor at work did comment yesterday that I look bigger than when she saw me 2 weeks ago.
 
The heavy bag always helps me on the days I am irritated. If you have access to one i suggest you go beat the hell out of if lol.
 
Day 19

Today started off well but went sour while heading for the gym. So by the time I got there I was already in a bad mood. Then to top it off the guy who does everything wrong, but tries to tell me now to lift, and he's fat was there and just watching him lift makes me want to throw a DB at his face. Plus my headphones were broke, the music at the gym was gayer than AIDS and it was 48 degrees outside and they had the doors wide open. So after all that, my workout sucked again which I expected on a shoulders day.

Now its almost time for work and I feel a bit calmer and I just took 75mgs of DHEA to help with the anger and lethargy.

My lifts today were a bit stronger than last week though so I guess that's a good thing. But my shoulder was pretty sore after I finished front and lateral raises with the tension bands.

Sorry for not updating last night but I couldn't log on due to technical problems with AM.

So far, sides are still minimal other than the anger flare up this morning, which I am thoroughly embarrassed about. Acne has yet to be a problem on this cycle and I have not noticed any hair loss some people mention. Libido IMO is down a bit but that is great for me with my views on sex and what not.

My third bottle of P-Mag showed up yesterday so I'm excited to step up to 100/day for the last 2 week as well as adding the TD formestane. I think I am most excited about the hardening effects of the formestane, but not so much about the insanely elevated libido.
 
Your low libido is going to change once you start to run the Formestane. When things piss you off like that, take out all that anger in your reps. You should just let it all fuel your workout. What is you calorie intake at right now?
 
if you made gains thats all that counts man. You did, so it was a sucsess. Your running a cycle to get stronger and bigger, so only let yourself get pissed when you do less weight or are losing mass. Fu(k everything else, especially the dude who pisses u off.
 
up 5 lbs and getting stronger on a decently mild ph/ds isnt bad especially since the cycle isnt over yet. my advice on the anger problems is just try to hold it in until your at the gym and let loose. i have anger problems off cycle and its all about using it to your advantage. get pissed. get big.

Yeah that is definitely something I've been in the process of learning over the past few months. I have recently learned I have a legitimate anger problem, and that's when I'm not ON. I have however made significant progress since the first of the year when I really started trying a bit harder.

As far as the retard at the gym, I was already in a bad mood when I got there and everything kept fueling my anger. I have a very hard time focusing my anger into positive outlets, but I am getting better.

But thanks guys, I appreciate your advice.
 
Day 20

I decided to take today as an off day since yesterday was so crappy plus I didn't have to work today so I ended up sleeping quite a bit extra throughout the day.

I am planning on hitting the gym in the morning for an arms workout. I am hoping I will be able to get my sleep patterns more on track this coming week like it was before vacation.

Sides are still quite low other than the occasional irritability for the past few days. I was in a pretty crappy mood on and off all day yesterday and I got super pissed once tonight over something that was totally my fault. Acne is non existent still and I have still yet to notice any shedding.

Good notes: I looked in the mirror a few times yesterday and today and I definitely thought I looked a little beefier. My arms and chest look thicker but my belly is not as flat as I'd like. But I plan on running H-drol after enough time has passed to get the definition back I desire.

One more question, when is the best time(s) to dose DHEA on cycle. The few times Ive taken it had been about 1 hr post workout and it hasn't seemed to help as much as it seems to for other guys in the mood department.

So this mornings workout was a bust cause I was too tired to get moving worth a crap.
Could someone please shed some light on the best way to dose DHEA to combat lethargy? This is 2 days in a row now and its starting to become a real problem.

Ive been making decent progress in the gym and I don't want all that to stop just because I am so sleepy all of a sudden.

I've tried taking DHEA several times to combat lethargy and it never did shlt for me... honestly the only thing that has worked for me was stimulants. Now I just avoid compounds that make me lethargic. Sorry if that didn't help much.

Yeah, that wasn't quite the response I was looking for...LOL

I was more off asking for the best times to dose DHEA. I know lots of people use it as well as that everyone reacts differently to these kinds of things.

I gotta be up early tomorrow to take a lady to church, so I am gonna try to dose 75mgs or so depending on how tired I am when I get going. However, if by some miracle chance I'm up mega early I'm gonna try to get in about a 50 minute arm workout to make up for missing today before church.
I slept till about 2:00 today so I am thinking I'll be up plenty early in the morning.

I GOTTA HIT THE WEIGHTS!!! With all this extra food I'm pounding down, I feel like a fat slob if I don't workout for a day or two........Plus I am visibly growing. If that's not enough motivation, I might as well have given up already.

Day 21

Today's update is simple. I felt lethargic and lazy all morning. Went to work, got a little upset but was more than able to keep my cool, and ended up having a pretty decent day at El Hospital.

I will update tomorrow with how I'm feeling energy/mood wise.

Day22

Woke up today psyched to hit the gym before church. When I got there I realized they open at 7 on Saturdays ONLY. So after 3/4 scoop of Jack3d, a shower, 75mgs of DHEA, and no workout church was good. I was even able to sit still the whole time. LOL Surprisingly I was able to focus a little better than normal as well...Maybe I'm on to something here... J/k

Ended up hitting the gym for about 50 mins after church for an arm workout which I must say was much, much better than I expected it to be. I wasn't able to go nearly as heavy as I would have liked but the pumps were insane!!! My shoulder was REALLY hurting to the point I could barely put my headphones back in but I just tried to keep it rested and by the time I finished with over head rope extension drop sets my triceps felt absolutely JACKED!!! They looked noticeably bigger than when I started my workout.

I ended up doing a few quick sets of decline roman twists and a couple reverse wrist curls and headed home to get ready for work.

Much to my surprise, when I got home and went to wash my hair in the shower I could barely bend my arms enough to reach my head b/c my bi's had such a pump! It was like the bicep pump came out of no where!!! I loved it!

On another note, I am up another .4 lbs to 229.8lbs as of today around 2:00pm. I didn't eat much at work cause the weekend cafeteria sucks and I was out of time to make anything before hand. But I have been pounding down at least one 600+ calorie mass gainer shake/day for about the past week. They are really helping my to keep my belly feeling fuller throughout the evening hours while at work.

Side effects are still pretty minimal. I have noticed two maybe three little whiteheads on my shoulders and back, but I tend to get them once in a while anyways. NO shedding has been seen. Aggression is still pretty well under control. The DHEA seemed to help me stay in a much more positive mood throughout the entire day at only 75mgs around 7:30am. I mean, I was literally in a good mood ALL day.

So tomorrow is legs again, and I will try to update after my workout if I have the time and/or energy. If not it will be around midnight like usual.

Recap for today...INSANE pumps in my arms. Positive attitude literally all day. But didn't consume nearly enough food to bump up any more pounds.
 
Those colossal pumps never get old. lol. How many reps are you doing per each exercise?

An average arm day looks like this:

Dropset BB Curls 3x10+10
SS w/ Bench Dips 3x20

Dropset Resistance Band Curls 3x20+10-15
SS w/ Sphynx to failure

Reverse EZ Bar Curls 3x40
SS w/ Tricep Rope Extension Dropsets 3x20+to 10-15 or failure

But Yesterday I replaced the Sphynx with skull crushers due to the pain in my shoulder. I also did the rope extension as over head extentions instead of straight down and got a HUGE pump.

It was definitely 50 mins well spent IMO. I cant wait to do it agian this week!

I could barely sleep last night cause I ended up coming home after work and flexing a couple times in the mirror and getting all hyped up. LOL
 
Day 23

Woke up today around 9. Alarm was set for 7:15 but I felt pretty well rested. After a quick but rather small breakfast got ready to go lift.

Last night I counted my remaining caps in my 2nd bottle of P-mag and realized I have more than enough to start dosing 100mgs/day for the next three weeks. Upon realizing that I was super psyched to lift this morning.

Today was legs as usual for Mondays. I ended up taking 75mgs Pmag pre workout and the other 25mgs around 6:30pm. All doses have been supplemented with 3-5g of Omega 3 fish oil to help with absorption. My workout today was very good so I'm gonna stick to the 75/25 dosing schedule for this week just to see how it works out cause it seems to make my lifts so much smoother, stronger, and more focused.

Workout consisted of:
Squats: 315x5, 365x5, 405x5, 425x2 getting stuck on 3rd rep. (But they were all to parallel or better.)

HS Single Leg Curls: 90x8, 90x8, 100x8, 100x8 holding last rep for 8 sec.
SS w/ HS Single Leg Extensions: 130x8, 130x8, 130x8, 130x8

Smith Machine Lunges:(IDK what the bar weighs empty, so my weight are recorded as if the bar weighed 45lbs like a normal bar. But it weighs WAY less so I know my numbers are off quite a bit.)
185x5, 205x5, 255x10 w/ left leg forward and 255x7 w/ right leg forward.

Finished with Three Way Calf Press on Sled 298x10 298x10, 298x10



Upon getting home I was pretty tired, so after my shower I popped 75mgs DHEA and headed to work for a day that didn't turn out half bad.

Sides are still minimal. DHEA seems to really help with moodiness and irritability. The lethargy is slowly starting to fade away with regular patterns again. However, I've noticed a few more small pimples on my arms and shoulders that weren't there a few days ago. Also, my face sometimes appears to be a bit more oily than usual. But that's to be expected while using PH's

Tomorrow is chest day. I am still debating on trying to max my flat bench out or try to rep out 225. Either way I am sure it will be a sick workout.
 
Solid bro! Acne Free will take care of any acne you get from the juice. When was the last time you maxed out your flat bench?

It been a hot minute since I've done anything more than what I've been putting up the past few weeks. I ended up hitting 225x11 today and 275x1 real clean rep. That is the heaviest I've gone in probably about a year or so. Ive been battling a chronic shoulder injury that comes and goes like the wind.

I will give a full update a little later tonight.
 
if you can do 225 for 11 id say you can get 315 for one. i currently do 230(heavy bar) for 8 and i max 300. glad to see everything going well though, and very interested to see how you react to the higher dose.

Day 24

Update for Tuesday comes a little late, sorry.

Woke up a little easier around 9:30am, ate a small breakfast and popped 75mgs of P-mag and headed out.

Workout was good except for the nagging pain in my Left shoulder that seems to come and go as it pleases. Because of that I decided to cut the workout short so as not to cause any further damage.

I did manage however to get my 5x5 sets of Incline DB Press at 75, 80, 85, 95, & 100 lbs but only got 100x4 on the last set. But the all felt solid.

I tried to finish up with a pec deck drop set but my shoulder was done at that point so I started getting frustrated and called it quits.

All in all the workout was strong, but short which sucks cause I love chest days.

As far as sides are concerned the only thing that bothered me yesterday was a little irritability and minor lethargy later in the evening. I ended up eating an entire Homestyles Bakes boxed dinner alone so I was full upon going to bed.

Now on day 25 I'm up early and feeling great. So we will see how back day turns out.

On more thing, as I was carrying my groceries in last night my forearms looked super vascular, which I enjoyed and can attribute directly to P-mag usage.

When guys refer to ON cycle joint pain, what type of pain are they referring to? I ask because after brushing my teeth this morning, an act which I know I do to hard and for too long due to my OCD, both my good shoulder and elbow are sore now. My shoulder feels like Ive just done a few burn out sets of front and lateral raises. And my anterior elbow just feels tight, like the tendons are pulling too tight.

Any opinions???

I ask because after brushing my teeth this morning, an act which I know I do to hard and for too long due to my OCD, both my good shoulder and elbow are sore now. My shoulder feels like Ive just done a few burn out sets of front and lateral raises. And my anterior elbow just feels tight, like the tendons are pulling too tight.

Any opinions???

I take Glucoseamine for it my joints along with fish oil. Seems to help a ton.
 
Fish oil is gods gift,

bump up your daily amount to 8 - 12 capsules, works wonders, and its dirt cheap nowadays.
 
Right on. Thanks guys. I'm headed out now so I will try to scoop up some glucosamine somewhere today cause my elbow was really hurting during my back workout today.

It will take roughly 18 days for it to kick in. Try putting some icey hot on it today and it will help a ton.

Thanks Nick, but I think we are talking about two different types of elbow pain because I actually stopped at Vitamin Shoppe and talked to all three of the associates there and they all agreed my pain sounds more like inflammation rather than dried out joints. I say this b/c my pain is in the front of my elbow not the back. And if only hurts when I straighten my arm and flex my bicep to lift any weight. It feels kinda like tendinitis.
Plus I need a quick fix. This has seriously effected my last two workouts to the point of skipping exercises and cutting lifting times short due to pain.

Needless to say I skipped on the Glucosamine and just picked up some of that new Combat Powder protein. I am waiting till later tonight to try it cause I'm still feeling bloated from lunch.

I guess I'm just gonna tough it out with good old NSAID's and try to work through it. I just put some Biofreeze on my elbow now, and My Gosh does that stuff stink. Plus I gotta try to go to work with this crap on. LOL

There wasn't any sort of special "I have dry joints" pain, it just hurt.

I kinda see what youre saying. My pain in my elbow feels like the muscles/tendons are too tight. My shoulder just feels extremely fatigued, a constant feeling like I just did a burnout set of front/side raises.
 
Day 25

Today started off pretty well...but thats about it. Woke up about 7:45 which I was happy with. Ended up at the gym around 9:30 or so for a back day. Upon starting my eccentric pull ups SS with HS high low row my shoulder started bothering me. But I managed to finish them, semi strong.
Then it was onto Lat Pulls SS with Reverse Grip Lat Pull, both of which hurt both my shoulder and anterior elbow. At this point I was pretty frustrated.
The only lift that was any fun was Overhead DB Pullovers.
Basically my elbow hurt so bad I could barely pull the dumbells off the rack.

Upon getting home I put some Biofreeze on my elbow and headed out. While looking for an easy fix to the nagging pain at Vitamin Shoppe I flexed my arm a few times showing the associates where it hurt and MY GOSH my arms looked friggin JACKED!!!


Before work I popped 75mgs of DHEA and work was a good day. I even got a chick to come out with me afterward! Only bad part was the instant I got in my car something happened, IDK what, but my left superior shoulder into my left neck started hurting. Thank God the place we went was closed cause my neck is still killing me now!!!

I am officially attributing all of this new pain to the increased dosage of P-mag. 100mgs is too much for me apparently. I am going back down to 75mgs tomorrow cause this crap HURTS!!!

My vascularity is still getting better and my arms are looking a bit bigger as all my T shirts are fitting a bit tighter lately. My belly however has taken on a few extra inches as well. I think my legs are also growing b/c my favorite pair of jeans barely fit today, in the waist or the thighs.

Over all, today was a half a good day but half a crappy one too b/c of all this new pain popping up.

I REALLY hope my neck doesnt still hurt when I wake up in the morning. Cause if you cant tell from my log, I get upset very easily and to wake up to pain is never a good thing. Not for me, nor for the people around me.

I'd recommend throwing in some Super Cissus RX as well. That stuff rocks! You can get it in bulk at NP.
 
i think i understand the exact pain in your back/shoulder/neck.... i just started a cycle of alpha one and overdid my back and shoulder workouts and now have a horrible pain in that location. too bad i cant take advil because im on a strong methyl or it would be gone by now.

Its funny you said that cause I woke up today and felt 100% better. My neck didn't hurt one bit. All I did last night was massage it a little and rub some Biofreeze on it. I guess I got lucky with that one.

Question for you though Dkerce...why are you unable to take Advil while on a strong methyl. I'd imagine it has something to do with the additional work your liver has to do to digest the Advil???

Call me stupid, but I've been taking Aleve for the past 4 or 5 days and haven't noticed any problems.
 
Day 26

Not a bad day today. Had a bit of trouble getting outta bed but I was up a little later than usual last night so that's to be expected.

Smashed a whole grain bagel with jam for breakfast and headed to the gym after 3/4 scoop of Jack3d and 50mgs of P-Mag. The horrible pain in my shoulder/neck from last night was completely gone when I woke up. I have no idea what it could have been. Maybe nerves, cause I haven't hung out with any women for quite some time other than friends since the ex left.

Either way, I was expecting a crappy workout going into today's shoulder workout. I am learning in life if you go into a situation looking for a problem, you are probably gonna find one. But after talking with a beast of a man in the locker room post workout I took what he said to heart. That is

"I got to the gym, got a workout in, it didn't hurt as bad as it did
yesterday, and I'm not sitting around getting fat like the rest of the
world."

So after hearing that I changed my mindset and told myself the workout wasn't what I wanted but it was not as bad as it's been in the past. Plus the new trainer who I'm working with May 6th showed me a few new things to work my shoulder without the pain.

In addition to all that I was able to get three semi heavy sets (IMO) of upright rows with little to no shoulder pain. And my elbow only hurt once or twice but nowhere near as bad as it did yesterday. I mostly ended up doing lots of accessory movements for my shoulders to build and maintain the smaller muscles. Besides, I've been told my anterior delts are bigger than my rear delts anyways. So why make it worse?


As far as sides go they are still minimal other than minor lethargy and a little irritability. No, shedding noticed, acne is not getting any worse and I have yet to have any sort of back pumps or cramps.

I have noticed for about the past 3 or 4 days I feel extremely bloated after my post workout meal but when I eat dinner I cant get it in my belly fast enough. Other than that everything is still going good. Strength keeps going up and my arms are still looking pretty vascular with minimal effort.

I am pretty hyped about adding the TD formestane starting Sunday but at the same time I am a little uneasy about the insane libido it claims to induce. I guess I'm just gonna have to give it a go and see what happens.
 
yes, you got it right i dont take advil of really any pills other than supporting supps because it all has to go through the liver so the less the better.

as far as the pain that i had though it completely went away after about a day and a half... guess it wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be.

Yeah, thats pretty much what happened to me. It hurt like a mofo by the time I got home but when I woke up the next morning I was golden.
I guess weird stuff can happen like that when you introduce synthetic chemicals into your body???
Whatever it was for me, I am VERY thankful it went away as easily as it did.
 
Day 27

Had a bit of trouble getting going this morning but once I finally made it to the gym...HOLY JEEZE!!!

After breakfast I ended up falling asleep for about another hour and finally made myself get going before it was too late cause I knew then I'd be upset.

After 3/4 scoop of Jack3d, 50mgs of P-Mag, 2 Aleve, and a whole grain bagel I headed out.
Upon getting to the gym I skipped my usual 5-10 min warm up walk cause my anterior tibialis have been getting bad pumps when I walk for the past week or so. I apologize for not mentioning this earlier in my log but I just put two & two together.

The workout started off with Dropset BB Curls which yielded quite a bit less elbow pain than they did Sunday but just as much pump. These were SS with Bench Dips which surprisingly caused a minor bit of elbow pain but also yielded a huge triceps pump.

I tried to follow the BB curls with EZ Bar preacher curls but just the positioning of my arms hurt my shoulder way to much to risk ruining the amazing workout that was beginning to develop. Therefore I replaced them with Seated Incline DB Dropset Curls which also helped develop an insane bicep pump. These were SS with Seated Overhead Dumbell Extensions I guess they'd be called. Either way the first set hurt the back of my bad elbow a little but the next two sets were like butter. I think I ended up hitting the 75lbs DB x12, x12, x20. Needless to say I was impressing myself at this point.

Third came the dreaded EZ Bar Reverse Curls. Two sets with the 30lb bar and the third with the 40lb bar. All three sets done to 40 reps which obviously produced an insane pump. This exercise was SS with Overhead Tricep Rope Extension Dropsets. Three sets of 130x20-60x10, 120x20-6-x10, 120x20-60x10. By this time my tri's were noticably pumped through my long sleeve shirt. My arms felt friggin JACKED once again.

I finished up with three sets of Reverse wrist curls and Behind The Back wrist curls which also gave me a very nice pump in the forearms.
After a very nice abs circuit, which I've been neglecting too much lately, I was exhausted but felt like a million bucks walking outta there!

Once home I showered, ate, took a nap, popped 75mgs of DHEA and went to work which was not a good a day as earlier in the week but was definitely not a bad day by any means.

Today get the award as the BEST workout since the beginning of this cycle. Even just typing it out on here, I am getting kinda hyped up from thinking about how awesome it was.

I am also up to 237.4lbs from about 225 pre cycle. Sides are still not very noticable, however, I am noticing I feel much more confident walking around ever where which is VERY pleasing seeing as I have little to no self confidence.
I am looking forward to posting my pics but my pre cycle pics are extremely low quality b/c I really want to see them next to myself at this point.
 
I forgot to add to the above post I have only been taking 75mgs of P-mag for the past 2 days and insane elbow and constant shoulder pain as subsided significantly. Just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone who has been following my complaining.
 
Day 28

Took today as a needed rest so as not to over train anything. I ended up sleeping till about 2:00 before I realized I hadn't taken any pills yet. So I took 50mgs of P-Mag around 2pm and the other 25mgs around 5:30 or so. I know the doses were way to close together but Id rather them be close than to not have gotten them in. Either way I felt fine all day. Even ended up hanging out with the girl from the other night who said more than once "Your arms are huge!" I just kinda said thanks, Ive been eating a lot lately.

So far sides are still minimal with the 75mgs of DHEA daily. It really seems to help keep my emotions under control pretty well. My appetite was way down today even though I thought I was gonna puke cause I was so hungry at one point in the day. But after 2 PB&J's I still felt hungry but didn't even finish half my dinner at the restaurant. That might have been b/c my meal tasted like crap, but the last time I had that dish it was good. So IDK.

On a side note I think my biceps still had a little pump left over from yesterdays thrashing of the arms cause I still had trouble washing my neck in the shower today. My bi's felt like I had just killed 'em for an hour. I liked that feeling.
 
Day 29

Today was another day off due to it being the weekend. I also added the TD formestane in this morning. I will apply another dose after this is posted and before bed.

No new sides noticed with the addition of the foremstane and I've been keeping the P-Mag at 75/day which seems to be keeping the pain in my elbow to a minimum.

Other than that nothing new to report for today. Tomorrow is another big leg day. I am debating whether to squat or do leg press cause I haven't had a chance to put any heavy weight on the sled since my cycle began.
So we will see what the morning brings.
 

Yeah I kinda though about that but I really wanted to see what I could push on the sled that's what I ended up doing today. Keep reading to see how much I impressed myself and everyone else who was there.

Day 30

I honestly didn't think I was even gonna make it to the gym but boy am I glad I did not want to let my boys here at AM who are following this log down.
Anyways after waking up and going back to sleep until about 11:30am I decided I couldn't take it if you guys called me out for being lazy. So I pushed myself to get to the gym.

Upon getting to the gym I knew I had to be quicker than normal which was another reason for choosing leg press over squats. With no warm up walk I took my butt straight to the sled and started loading up the wheels.

Workout was as follows:

Leg Press: 16 plates X 12 (warm up)
20 plates X 5, 24 plates X 5, 26 plates X 5, 30 plates X 5 PR!!!:head::head:
After the math was done I found out 30 plates + the weight of the sled itself totals up to 1468lbs for 5 deep, clean reps. I was VERY impressed with my performance here and so were the other 3 guys in the room at the time. By this time I felt like "Quadzilla" for the remainder of the workout which was:

Single Leg HS Extensions: 110x8,120x8, 130x8, 140x8-last set felt lighter than the first set.
SS w/ Single Leg HS Curls: 80x8, 90x8, 90x8, 90x8 holding last rep for 12 sec.

Smith Machine Lunges(weight is recorded as though bar weights 45lbs but it doesn't. Its way lighter I just don't know exactly how light.)
185x5, 205x5, 255x8

3 Way Calf Press: BW+80x10, BW+80x12-15, BW+ 115x12-15

If its not obvious, I was very happy with today's workout. My legs felt swollen and huge walking to my car. Plus when I got home my upper body looked like it had a little pump going on as well. This lasted all night at work. I felt huge all night at work. My boss who hasn't seen me in about 10 days said my arms are definitely looking bigger.

Sides are still manageable as long as I can force myself not to lay down once I am out of bed. The lethargy is still the only thing that is really annoying. Aggression is still very well under control with 75mgs of DHEA daily post workout. The DHEA also seems to be helping with the post workout crash I sometimes get. My biggest problem is that I forget to take the DHEA lots of times when I first wake up. I wanna see if it will help me to wake up and stay up any better than I'm doing already.

I also added the TD Formestane yesterday morning. I did however completely forget to apply it a second time before bed. So I put 1 pump on my Right inner bicep after my post workout shower and again a few minutes ago after a pre bed shower on my Right inner bicep.
My question is this...how often should I change the area of application for the Formestane to keep from over saturating the receptors in any given area???

So far I have not noticed anything from the addition of the Formestane but it's only been 3 doses. It doesn't smell bad. Kinda like citrus. It dries pretty quick and pumps out clean and easy as soon as I opened it.

I also jumped on the scale before hopping in the shower tonight. I weighed in at 235.5lbs. I'm down about 3lbs over the weekend but I didn't eat enough to feed a cat this weekend so that is probably the reason behind the weight loss. But with 2 weeks left ON cycle I am hoping to get to about 240 if possible. I am also REALLY looking forward to my goals check with my new trainer when he will measure me up. The last measurements were taken on the 2nd day of this cycle.
 
damn awesome numbers man. lets see how my leg day goes as it will be the first one on my cycle.

as for the formestane... i am using one pump twice daily on my chest only. to keep the receptors clean im using lava soap and exfoliating that area until it feels clean. i put it on the chest because it seems to have a localized effect even though its systemic.
 
Quick Update for day 31

Chest day was pretty impressive. I ended up setting a new PR on bench press at 305. The best thing is I have not gone that heavy in about 13 months and 300 went up like butter.
Everything felt good. My shoulder bothered me a little but it was nothing a few extra minutes of rest between sets couldn't take care of.

Upon changing in the locker room I looked in the mirror and was impressed with what I saw. I looked much fuller than I did at the start of this cycle.

So far so good. More updates later tonight.

Ive also been eating a crap load more than I used to which seems to give me the worst gas ever. I mean, I fart constantly, but only when I'm at work does it get really bad. LOL

Over all, I am very happy with today's workout.
