The wide grip incline press was very different and tough. Front delts and outer chest really turned on for that movement.
 
Legs today. Finished off my bottle of FinaFlex Stimul8 caps. I will be writing up my review in the next day or so. Needless to say I have thoroughly enjoyed this product. Phenomenal pre workout product!

Final Review of FinaFlex Stimul8 caps.

I have to say that this is far and away the best PWO product I have used. I have tried many powders, caps, shots, RTDs and Stimul8 is the best I have used. It is definitely on par with the Stimul8 powder but with the added ease of cap form and the easy method of dosing (1-4 caps depending on tolerance and goal). Personally I never went over two caps at one time and four caps per day. Using one cap as a pick-me-up was perfect, while two caps gave me just the right amount of zip for a workout.

Throughout the course of my run with this product, it never lost its effectiveness. I also loved the fact that I never had the skin flushing or jitters I got from other products in the past. I would often either be non-responsive to a PWO or it would give me skin flushing and itching as well as the jitters. Stimul8 provided a nice energy kick while staying clean and without any negative side effects.

Thanks to FinaFlex and all the reps for giving me the opportunity to log this exceptional product. I would definitely give this product a 5/5 without hesitation.

This was definitely a very enjoyable logging process and one that has allowed me to find a new staple product!

Definitely a 5 for clean energy. Best PWO I have ever used.

2) This product helped me power through my training sessions...
Another 5. Many times, this PWO was the only thing to get me through my workouts! I found that after an exhausting day at work, I would find I had no energy to work out; but after taking a half dose (2 caps) that would change and I would be able to power through a session.

3) This product enhanced my mental focus...
Again 5. I used this as a morning pick-me-up many times. This worked way better than coffee or an energy shot. It was a nice clean energy and focus without any excess jitters or flushing. I also found that the 2 caps provided me the ability to push through high volume workouts.

4) This product had great thermo genic effects...
As for the thermogenic effect of this product I would have to give it a 2. I didn't feel any thermogenic effect personally. While there was definite energy and focus boosts after taking Stimul8, I didn't feel any increase in thermogenic effects.

Another 5. This is definitely going to be a staple in my daily routine.

5. I already have been telling friends about this product! I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a PWO. This is far and away the best PWO I have used to date.
