Great workout today. Really pushed heavy weights. Fatigue did start to set in at end, but overall did fell great. Oddly enough I did not get any beta alanine tingled. I train fasted. Will report back on Thursday morning workout.

Next two attempts I failed. Missed but lifts and I was done. Tremendous pump in back today. While correcting and performing snatch, my lats just started coming way out!. Overall I will try clout for a full week to see if its worth buying again or not.
