Clothes that fit?

Ok, I am only about 5'7", but about 200 pounds and growing. I'm finding that my shoulders are much too wide for the "large" that the rest of my body can fit in. Is there anywhere I can go? I'm use to wearing A&F, Billabong, Hurley, you get the point. Particulary, the long sleeve button-ups don't work. I have to fit my shoulders and arms into XL-XXL, and the shirts are MUCH too long in the arms and length. Any thoughts?

The best line of dress shirts at Express fit me awesome! I'm 5'9" with a 48" chest and 190 lbs. I think its like the 1MX line or something.
