Not a supplement...its a research chem, you buy it online and you can NOT ask for a source here. Check the source to see if its reputable first.
 
You should have a script.. unless you want to buy it from an international pharmacy. Do not bother PMing me for a source, I will not answer.

you don't need necessarily need perception to buy clomid, but you would indeed need a prescription in order to acquire it legally.
