Clomid while on TRT? Fertility?

What exactly does clomid do if you take it with exogenous testosterone? Trying to get my wife pregnant. I'm shooting 500 ius of HCG every 2 days. Will adding clomid help? I have a bunch of clomid on hand.

SERMs disinhibit the negative feedback in the hypothalamus. Basically, they increase LH secretion which will stimulate the testes. HcG mimics LH, so I’m not sure taking both would be much help, but hopefully someone else can clear that up for you.
