Clomid, Ostarine, and TRT?

I've been considering taking the plunge on TRT as I have lower test (397) especially for some 26. However my wife and I want to have kids at some point so I've been reading on alternatives that affect fertility less or even increase it. Also the costs are a factor as well. This obviously brought me to Clomid. Excellent for raising total T, and very cost effective, but it doesn't always show the effects it seems. By some reading it seems it increases SHBG through its estrogenic effects. This brings me to MK2866 Ostarine. It has been shown to lower SHBG in clinical trials ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3177038/table/Tab5/ at low doses 1mg and 3mg. It also suppresses T obviously but my thought is at such a low does would the LH release from the Clomid overpower the suppression and result in a higher Total T and higher Free T due to the lower SHBG?

Any thoughts on a low dose ostarine (3mg ed) with clomid 12.5mg ed for possible trt replacement? One would need to cycle the Ostarine for sure but being such a low dose I would suspect a longer cycle would be possible i.e. 12-16 weeks possibly? Am I an idiot? Could this work? What's everyone's thoughts?

I believe there was a thread here somewhere that talked about ostarine and birth defects. I definitely recall reading it so I would do your due diligence in as much research as you can regarding that topic especially since you want to have children in the future. I don’t know if it pertains to just female usage but nonetheless it is worth looking up.

Even though you testosterone may appear low, one needs to take in consideration the whole clinical picture. Further evaluation of other thyroid adenals,, estrodial, along with other parameters and lifestyles would be highly suggested

Yeah I'm not doing anything just thinking. I haven't had free or shbg tested yet, also no thyroids. I'll go the Dr route when the time comes. I was thinking mainly as an alternative to test when someone was trying to conceive but the birth defects sound pretty scary. I did some research into that and conception while on ostarine is pretty dangerous. So test+hcg is probably the best route.
