Hello everyone. Newbie here and looking for advice and suggestions. I am a 50yo male, 5'11", 185lbs. Been working put 3-4days a week for a few years. Not bodybuilding level workouts just trying to stay somewhat "fit". Diet is pretty clean although I occasionally get off track and eat a meal I probably shouldn't. Again, I am not trying to be a competitive body builder or anything like that. I am healthy with the following exceptions. I have high triglycerides(hereditary)and take a low dose beta-blocker(Lipitor). It is well controlled. The other problem is I have low "T". At my doctors lab the normal range is 200-900. I am at about 225-250. Doc says it is in range and will not treat for low T. The only"symptoms" I have is I am easily fatigued and store a little extra fat around the mid section. I am kinda what they call "skinny fat". Muscular through the arms, back and chest but soft in the middle.
So, I am considering trying some research chems. I am thinking clomid would help get T into the mid to high normal range. Hopefully it would help build a little more muscle and lose some fat. I have also considered Clen to just help with the fat. What do you folks think? Will either of these work? Should I use them seperately or both at the same time? What dosages of either would be good? Any good sources for both.
