fudged myself up with sarms. mk2866 and s4. some rad as well. All EA stuff. (im 44). Endo Doc has me on 25mg/day clomid. Been on it for about 9 months. So it seems my libido has gone down and it's challenge to nut. Otherwise no complaints.

E2 = 44pg/ml less than 39 is what they want
FSH = 4.9 .... 1.6-8 range
LH = 5.5 ...1.5- 9.3 range
prolactin = 6.2ng/ml ...2-18 range
SHBG =17nmol/l ...range 10-50
Testosterone Tot = 824ng/dl range 250-827
Free test = 25.5 ng/dl

I don't have a 100% solid answer but your basically in pct, your testosterone and estrogen levels are based off the clomid not off what you would be producing naturally without the clomid.

So things are trying to balance out and reach homeostasis. It's normal to run into some problems in pct. Once your off the clomid and things are functioning normally it should go back to normal.

Again I'm no expert here. The most common clomid side effect is it tends to make you emotional and kinda whiny lol. But I don't think what your experiencing is a direct side effect of clomid, more to do with hormonal fluctuations
 
Try a low dose of aromasin, 6.25mg (quarter a tab) 2x a week, since your e2 is at the higher end. It worked for me to bring up my drive and for me drive and sensitivity are correlated.

Your free test will also go up.
 
I bought some inhibit-E for helping with estrogen control. you can do a lot about estrogen without AI or SERM, but you have to do it preventivly. things like diet and losing fat. some people will recommend fasting to reset hormone levels but I don't think that's right for everyone
 
Otc 6 bromo is good choice for estrogen control unless on injectable aas and you are on clomid it will work

If for some reason doc wont prescribe an AI.

It worked for me.
