im getting ready to do my first pct. im doing a short (1 month) cycle of M1T and 4AD. i was wondering which would be better for PCT? Nolva or clomid? ive read up and all i can get out of it is that they are both anti estrogens. can someone please explain what each of these do and why it is reccomended to use both rather than just one?

thanks, and sorry if this is a redundant question, keep in mind im a noob.

To quickly answer your question either one will do just fine for PCT. For more details on those compounds run a search you'll find all the info you need.

I would choose Nolva. Clomid turned me into a little whiny bitch. I'm surprised that my wife didn't divorce me.

If you're asking this question you might not be ready for an M1T cycle. That's not meant as an insult, just be very cautious. Short answer is overall nolvadex is more effective, clomid has a slight edge in some studies when it comes to raising testosterone. Nolva is better for blocking estrogen receptors overall, dealing with gyno and for most has fewer side effects than clomid. As with anything, everyone has their preferences and differring reactios to each. They are both SERMs, Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators, which means in some tissues in the body they block the effects of estrogen and essentially trick your HPTA into raising testosterone to account for the lower levels of estrogen it 'sees.'

Wrong forum. Even if it was the right forum, thoroughly answered question if you actually read up
