Clom/Nolva Combo

i have an liquid clomid and nolva combo mixed into 1 50mg/20mg per ml- 60ml ,how should i dose this new bottle i got? its a lot stronger then my usual 20mg/ml- 60ml Nolva bottle... im confused help!

Thats really not ideal, because the rec. dosage would be:
NOLVA: 40/30/20/10
CLOMID: 100/50/0/0

Thats what Id do at least
 
yeah i know that ... but what i have here is one solution of clomid and nolva mixed together into 50mg/20mg per ml- 60ml 50mg of clom and 20mg of nolva per 60ml... regular nolva i used to get would only be 20mg/ml- 60ml, i just don't know how to dose this because its a lot stronger....
