Im new to the liquid version in a spray bottle...im 6’1 and about 245 lbs...what dosage do you recommend or how many squirts? The label reads:
200mcg/ml x 60ml

Be careful with dosing, this stuff is no joke.. 120mcg had me shaking like crazy.

build it up slowly.

Spray!? Get an Oral Syringe (a lot, or put clear Scotch Tape over the numbers - they wear off easy). Start at 20mcg, which is 0.1 on a 1ml Syringe (and check my math!). Long half-life, so don't increase too fast. IIRC, 120mcg is the max *most* people go as the receptors downgrade - and 2 on 2 off (weeks) is common, but there is some debate around that. Albuterol is safer (actually approved in the US and studies have been done in children with asthma) for in the future purchases, FYI

What is your bodyfat? You dont run clen or aas with high body fat, it will increase sides and sometimes can make it more dangerous than it already is. Clen Is something I stay away from. I recommend cardarine if you want a more safe compound.
