am new to the supplement game , need to come up with a stack , I have been lifting for 2-3 yrs have taken very few supplements , I'm wanting to shred fat quick ,working out mon,wed,fri and some cardio on off days. I am needing help to create a good stack of supplements open to any suggestions thx
Been using dexaprine which works wonders for appetite suppression. I heard with clen u can't use any other stims. What would one use for that and also are pre workouts still allowed?
I did one day on one day off for 3-4 weeks no longer as you don't want your body to get used to them as I found out. But no matter what you take a clean diet plenty of water will work as well.
