ok so before even touching clenbuterol i am so prone to cramps its not even funny .. i cant even isolate hamstrings because they cramp after 2 curls.... but on with the clen, so yesterday was my first dose @ 40 mcg.... ate 2 bananas and 2 multi vitamins, drank about a gallon of water before going to the gym after work at 4 pm. Went onto chest flys for chest warmup and noticed that i was feeling 3 little knots in my back... brushed it off tried stretching no big deal. After 3 sets i move onto flat bench, 135 x 10 quick, good, throw on 225 lean on the bench and BAM my hamstring cramps up, BAM my foot cramps up, BAM my lat cramps up, BAM my lower back cramps up, i almost cried thats how bad this was . so After about 20 minutes of stretching i move onto incline and i couldnt go over 135 nor arch my back 1 bit without cramping. also had to keep my feet elevated to stop hamstring / foot cramps, worked out like a b**ch the rest of the workout.........
Next day i read up on taurine.....so i wake up go to work (i have not taken the taurine yet) had a few minor ALMOST cramps at work (crawlspace , airconditioning , caught them before they got bad and stretched) so on my way home i head to *** buy taurine (by this point i had already dranken a gallon and a half of water and ate 3 bananas around 3 pm) so i take 5 grams of taurine an hour before the gym...
doing back all is well, about 15 sets in... go to rows and both my feet cramped up, after walking them off they got better........ so i decide to do ab crunches (BIG MISTAKE) im on my 6th crunch and my entire mid section cramped up, COMPLETELY FROZEN , couldnt move... stayed this way for almost 5 whole minutes i was trying to relax walking it off.... got so bad i almost called an ambulance (no joke)
im starting to think that clen really isnt right for me.... idk any advice will be appreciated , i read around and it seems that nobody gets cramps this bad
