clenbuterol cramps

ok so before even touching clenbuterol i am so prone to cramps its not even funny .. i cant even isolate hamstrings because they cramp after 2 curls.... but on with the clen, so yesterday was my first dose @ 40 mcg.... ate 2 bananas and 2 multi vitamins, drank about a gallon of water before going to the gym after work at 4 pm. Went onto chest flys for chest warmup and noticed that i was feeling 3 little knots in my back... brushed it off tried stretching no big deal. After 3 sets i move onto flat bench, 135 x 10 quick, good, throw on 225 lean on the bench and BAM my hamstring cramps up, BAM my foot cramps up, BAM my lat cramps up, BAM my lower back cramps up, i almost cried thats how bad this was . so After about 20 minutes of stretching i move onto incline and i couldnt go over 135 nor arch my back 1 bit without cramping. also had to keep my feet elevated to stop hamstring / foot cramps, worked out like a b**ch the rest of the workout.........


Next day i read up on taurine.....so i wake up go to work (i have not taken the taurine yet) had a few minor ALMOST cramps at work (crawlspace , airconditioning , caught them before they got bad and stretched) so on my way home i head to *** buy taurine (by this point i had already dranken a gallon and a half of water and ate 3 bananas around 3 pm) so i take 5 grams of taurine an hour before the gym...

doing back all is well, about 15 sets in... go to rows and both my feet cramped up, after walking them off they got better........ so i decide to do ab crunches (BIG MISTAKE) im on my 6th crunch and my entire mid section cramped up, COMPLETELY FROZEN , couldnt move... stayed this way for almost 5 whole minutes i was trying to relax walking it off.... got so bad i almost called an ambulance (no joke)

im starting to think that clen really isnt right for me.... idk any advice will be appreciated , i read around and it seems that nobody gets cramps this bad
 
the second day was also at 40 mcg..... thats such a low dose and im cramping this bad i cannot imagine if i were to up the dose
 
Try drinking some salt water or get some low-carb Gatorade. It has to be electrolytes. That, or you're not as hydrated as you think you are.
 
Obviously stop taking the clen.. Im not sure you can be prone to muscle cramps.. I think it has more to do with electrochemical gradients within the muscles which can be controlled through diet and supplementation. So add more salt to your food and start supplementing potassium
 
Drink moar taurine. Eat more potassium and magnesium.
 
Also buy yourself an electrical tenz machine from Europe and give yourself tenz sessions on your worst muscles
 
I got cramps pretty bad during an albuterol cycle i was literally dosing over 10g taurine a day and it kept them at bay.
 
I take 1000mg taurine
 
Man 1g of taurine wouldn't do anything for me. When I get back pumps I'm taking 4g in the am and 4g PM. Straight bulk powder.
 
Stretch stretch and stretch. Potassium, taurine and double your water intake. Anabolics/ bodybuilding aside... Just from a fitness standpoint, it sounds like you are tight as hell. Foam roll after leg day. Also, 3-4 15-20 min stretching session per week at a min. Doesn't have to be in the gym. Use a sauna if you have access. Was one of my fav places to stretch and see old guy balls haha the hamstring thing used to hit me hard.. 2-3 weeks of a solid/strict stretching routine worked wonders as well as 4-5g taurine PWO on certain days. Potassium will also need to be added in. Fast twitch muscle fibers can become extremely dense and compact quickly so ensure on your squats, you lower weight and go as deep as possible. Ass to to floor. If you can't lock your legs, and touch your toes.... I would say that's your issue and can be solves easily. Flexibility elongates muscles, increases strength and will get rid of those damn cramps I do believe. For you, stretching should be just as important as any lift you do.
 
welcome to the clen club! The only thing I've ever needed is taurine. I take 3g in the am, 2g after training, and 2g before bed. Nary cramp since. I also drink 1.5-2 gallons of water all the time.
