Started clen yesterday at 40mcg, i bumped it up to 60 today and i am getting the shakes... Love this stuff though...
Make sure you keep water up and add some taurine in. The clen charley horse spasms can be a killer.
is it really necessary to dose it that high?? it works great for me at 80... never got any shakes or jitters, not even sweating, but it did affect my sleep and i have to occasionally supp w/ melatonin.Going to 150 tomorrow, i have small shakes, not bad. Dont seem to be as hungry as usuall.
Any science/ ideaology of the dont eat within45min of dose?
I had an odd feeling in my neck today, above the traps where my tendons go into the skull kind of. They seemed to be tight, i never had this before, i attribute it to the clen.

I don't know of the don't eat 45 min thing. I took it with food. The stuff has a huge half life. I take it with food to keep naseau down. I get the neck tightness also. Although the worst is the bottom of the foot cramps..
haha funny you mention that, went to 150 today and yea i got one or 2 of those, small quick ones. Glad to hear the neck things wasnt just me either. I dont notice any nausea if i dont eat, i waited an hour to see the other day if i felt a difference, oddly i was not intensly hungry like i usually am.
Today the shakes were a tad worse, not much. Keep things interesting. I walk around all day too. Tomorrow i am off everything, maybe some cardio. So i may try to hit 200mcg...
As far as it being neccessary...probably not, but go big or go home right? If you research Clen there alot of peopl who go as high as 200mcg as the top off and then take the few days off...So thats what im doing. This was basically 4-5 days to determine my standing with it. Im running a log soon so won be runnin it throguh that,.
Thats what im doing! Great results! Im logging it you aught to check it out!n another week i will drop out carbs for the most part and being taking the clen upon waking, then hit cardio for 30 min then eat breakfast.
Just like anyother supp. Depends on the person and diet/traingin regime.Just out of curiosity what % fat loss can you see from taking clen?

Ramp it up! Glad you like that shaking--some people dig it. I think clen is a great DRUG as long as you use it properly. Drink lots of water, and as I recall, it's best not to eat for at least 45 mins before or after using it. And don't worry, the shakes won't last forever!
I feel it stays more "effective" in your system. Plus, you are getting less of a pogo, think 33-36 hour halflife. So if you go off for 2 days not a big deal, go off for 2 weeks and you may catch alot more bounce back weight.Everywhere I have read said the safest/most effective dosage protcol was 2 weeks on, 2 off, ramp up dosage from 20 mcg to 120

Do you ramp the doses up every week?i do 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, then 2 days off then start over again.

No no no, clen may keep you up all night. i dont have to much of an issue sleeping with it in me. I take it first thing in the am so i have time ti adjust and my body can adjust by night time.Since clen has a fairly long half-life (36 hours or so), is there a certain time you should take it? Is it like serms, just take your daily dose at night before bed?
Ok thanks. I'll definitely want to avoid it late night then. It's been a while since I've researched clen so please excuse my newbish questions. One more though, I do fasted cardio first thing in the mornings. I seem to remember people saying that you need to wait a while after taking your daily dose before you lift or do cardio. One dose, in the morn. Never before bed. Also before bed may be bad if clen is kicking and possible catabolic state may occur...in my mind this theory sounds reasonable
well i would wait at least an hour, 2 if you can. I am not sure how good an idea fasted cardio would be once again, at least try to have an iso-protein shake or BCAAs.Ok thanks. yea def. depends on the person.Clen has never kept me awake even when I have taken an extra dose in the evening. Maybe that is just me.
