Whats going on guys i am looking for an answer for my girl friend. She is trying to get really ripped up and only is able to workout bout 4 days a week, but her diet is perfect. She asked me what she could take other than wasting her money on supplements that dont work. She asked me about the research chems like clen and albut. Are those cool and safe for her to take? If so she ways 143 pounds she 30 and is 5" 11 - model material!!!. Let me know if yu guys can help out. Thanks

Not to be an ******* or anything bro, but 143lbs at 5'11 for a girl, she doesn't really need to be taking clen. Get her on a strict diet & maybe some circuit training & she should shred up nicely. Of course, it might take a little more time than with use of chems like clen, albuterol, & T3, but I really don't think she needs it. There are some fat burning supps out there that, although don't quite work as effectively & quickly as chems, still get the job done & are safer to use. I'd run with those honestly.
 
fck, at 143lbs she's already underweight... she might end up looking more anorexic than 'ripped'. just be warned.
 
okay guys no need to be angery. I was just asking for advice. Ido value your opinions and ill let her know.
 
I was looking for the specific thread, but couldn't find it. Maybe glen can fill you in. He had a REALLY bad experience on clen & will never touch the stuff again. You should let your gf read it before she makes a decision.

I wasn't angry in case it came off that way. I'm on Test Prop, happy as can be :).
 
I've run a few cycles with clen orally and transdermally (with a few other things, of course :thumbsup: ) Clen is not something to be taken lightly... the down-regulation of your receptors, tapering to correct dosages, and staying awake all night takes some getting used to.

xxtruxx1 was talking about some bad experiences... I thought my heart was going to jump out of my body when I started and didn't have a clue in the world what I was doing. I dosed WAAAAAYYYYYY to high and if you search around for a while, you'll notice others may have had similar experiences. My blood pressure rocketed, I would cramp up all the time, and talk about spasms and twitching!

But, yeah, I got cut :) Cost benefit ratio. Of course if you don't know what you are doing, you could end up with some very serious issues.

For the future, if you don't want people to sound "angry," then you've got to search first. Otherwise, you'll just get slammed by more annoyed AM members who really don't like these kind of questions cluttering their forum.

Good info. Im just kidding with you all. I know this forum rock for help so if you all disapprove i def will agree with you guys. Got another question since i got yo uguys here. I am going to runa 4 week cycle of trn, zol and tst. For my pct I am tskin the research chem of nolva and clomiphen. So the whole idea of my cycle is to get shredded, but i heard that clenn is okay to take with pct. im wondering if this is a good idea. Ive read some logs of people wh have done it. Just wondering what you guys think. Thanks again. To let you know why i am doin it. I have a model shoot for a boxing magazine and need to look like a ripped nut job by january.
 
I would personally not take it during PCT. PCT is the time for your body to normalize. You don't want to throw in anything that is going to upset any natural balances in your body. Clen will do that. If you are going to run clen, I would do it during cycle then come off for PCT. Keep in mind clen dosing protocols. I believe you should be 2 weeks on 1 week off or so. I haven't used clen in a long time so I have forgotten the exact dosing protocol.

Honestly bro if you have until January, why don't you just try dieting & cardio? If you REALLY want something why don't you run a Test/Tren cycle? Tren will SHRED you. I've run some oral cycles before, up to 6 weeks stacking, & trust me when I tell you, the darkside is so much better. In all honestly, I would probably use T3 before Clen. I've used both, T3 wins hands down but you better know what you're doing or you'll have hypo/hyperthyroidism & can really hurt yourself.

Also I'd check out the PCT forum. Nolva & Clomid won't cover it all. Better safe than sorry.
