Clen

I'm 25-30% BF and started clen 40mg tabs yesterday. Took 2 today (80mg).
No sides other than feeling shakey and hot. Even though I ain't shaking. Just wondering how much I will loose at the end of my 2 week on/2 week off. I weigh 101.6kg, I'm 5ft 10. And I'm 29. And help guys/girls? ?
 
First, how much you lose will be dependent on how much of a deficit you are in and how much energy
you expend. Its not dependent on your Clen dosage.

Why are you taking Clen AT 25-30% Bodyfat...? at that amount weight should come off fairly easy with
out any assistance, just thru diet and exercise. I wouldn't add an stims until you get to 20% bf and i wouldn't
add Clen until you get to about 15% bf.

If you resort to short cuts now, you won't have anywhere else to go once you get stuck. I've been stuck at
14 to 15% for quite some time, but previously i lost very easily when i was at 30%.

Whats you diet and training like...?
 
60 mins cardio 5 times a week as well as 60 mins lifting. Eat pretty clean, lots of salad and chicken. Minimal carbs. No fizzy drinks. 1-2 cheat meals a month, usually take away. I can't shift it, Bastard belly fat it's all i have left. It isn't moving
 
Hmmm.... How many calories are you eating per day? Are you slopping on fatty salad dressing and eating dep fried chicken? If not, Have you had your hormone levels checked including your thyroid? Do you know if your B12 levels are adequate all of this plays a role in metabolism and how your body decides to stop ore fat. Also, are you female or male?

Honestly I would get your hormone levels checked before using the Clen. If you have low test the Clen will only be a short term fix. Once you stop the Clen you might gain any fat you lost back if there is an underlying issue. Get your hormones checked stop the Clen and then assess the situation

You mean 80 MCG. Clen is dosed in micrograms. If you took 80 milligrams you'd be dead
 
Hormone and Test levels are standard. No issues there.
Seem to have lost about half an inch off my gut so far. Always at a deficit when eating, it's been my attempt to loose weight for the past year. Keep loosing my bloody jeans though, lol.
 
Sorry for making you write so much, but I need more info as well as the specimen used for collection. As well as the time of day, and if female the amount of days after the first day of your menstrual cycle. Not sure if this program but if you can could you upload the lab results, maybe just white out name and hospital performed at otherwise please provide CMP, DHEA-S, free and total test, E2, progesterone, cortisol, TSH, FT3, FT4, reverse T3, insulin, HbA1C, vit D hydroxy, CRP, and ferritin. Sorry for the bother, I am finding it difficult to believe that all of these values are within normal range and you are still experiencing such difficulties. But don't worry, their are many avenues to take. If you don't have all of these tests, I would recommend them. Are you wearing a heart rate monitor?

I couldn't agree more and u are right ive used T3 and Clen when I first got into this game and I lost a bunch but hit a plateau then started running 2x a day to get another chunk off. Like you said at a high bf just dieting u can lose in chunks. My dad was 318 last month I have him carb cycling and in a month he got under 300 he is at 299.4 to be exact. So proper diet lose a chunk at some stims lose more then finish her off with t3 and clen play it smart be cautious.
