Just wanted to say that this is a GREAT product! I have been on it about a week and have lost 5lbs. Keep in mind this is with NO cardio because I pulled my hamstring. I am looking to drop another 5lbs. in the next week. Then will take two weeks off. I've been sweating like a wh*re in church, but its good! Anybody else love this product as much as I do?!?!
