Clen/T3

Looking to cut before the summer.
Clen 2 weeks 40-60-80-100-120-120-120-120-120-120-100-80-60-40
T3 5 weeks First time using i will see how my body handles it and decide the dose probally 20 for the first week and maybe up it to 30 for week 2 then 40 for week 3 the week 4 30 week 5 20,
The diet will consist of 2000-2200 cals mostly protein. Other supps will be Shake/multi/omega 3/fish oil/ALA. I am deciding whether to take clen/T3 together or one of them alone if so can you please tell me which one.
I am 5'10 210lbs Bf 15-20% I gained a lot due to a sports injury. The diet is incheck i have lost 20 lbs so far without supps and I have control of the diet looking to speed up the process.

Start T3 at 25mcg's and ramp up to about 100mcg's (if you can handle it, not that bad) then ramp down. There's no need to ramp the clen, just start at 60mcg's and ramp up until you find your tolerance point, then stay there until stopping cold turkey. When you start back you can just start at the dose you stopped at

Agreed, but I think starting at 60mcg is extremely ill-advised. 20mcg is safe. If you have a very high tolerance to stims, you could start at 40mcg.

Definitely disagree here. One of the reasons you ramp is because you downgrade your receptors. When you go back on it after being off for a while, your receptors will be clean. You can start somewhat higher than on your first cycle (maybe 40mcg or 60mcg), but don't start at your ending dosage.

Thanks guys i have used the clen before Im new to the T3. i got all of my clen info still researchign the T3 anything you can tell me that is hard to find?

If you wait a week or 2 between running the clen then your receptors will never be completely clean and there is no problem continuing with the dose you left off. If you wait months or more then maybe start to ramp up again. This is from my experience of years with clen.


As for T3 the only thing I can tell you is if you're going to use it at all then use it at a good dose! 12.5 mcg's of T3 will shut down your natural thyroid the same as 100 mcg's. Many people think that doing a lesser amount is "safer" well it isn't really. If you're gonna do the T3 then at least try to burn as much fat as possible, don't just use small doses as it's a waste of shutting down your natural thyroid.

Also, be sure that you are on some AAS as T3 will eat as much muscle as it will fat.....
 
Great post. The wife and I are starting clen and T3.

What are the side effect of t3 use post usage? How long before the throid kicks back in?
 
Well T3 shuts down natural thyroid so when you've discontinued use you are very vulnerable to rebound fat gain at this point. Some claim that tapering back down extra slow helps (I never found a big difference) The only thing I can say is be extra strict on your diet for the next 3 to 5 days following discontinuing the T3. You need to eat carbs to kick back in thyroid but try and keep cals and fats to a minimum.......
 
Yeah, beware the thyroid rebound. Also, from my experience the T3 cravings are ridiculous so whet your will. Although I don't advocate Clen use anymore (too many bad sides), clen+T3 was far better than DNP for fat loss. You may want to think about albuterol instead of the clen. do you kwon it is worth using gugle after t3.
about 80-120 mg per day . that do you think does it help your thyroid to
come back faster ?

Actually it takes a good 1.5-2 weeks to fully recover thyroid output. Your point on eating carefully is VERY important.
 
ok , but the reason I want to taper it down slowy is that I'm going on holiday
it's my pct time , and the 6th and 7th week om my t3 cycle ( last two weeks)
I don't want to be on such high dosage , this is rest time and the weather will by hot too,
I want t3 make my feel lean as much as it possible, and this will be hard to have diet when. I want to take gugle at dosage 120 mg (pure e&z) for 4 week starting too.
 
my $.02 - dont take T3 without anabolics. you will probably not like the result. (i have not heard you say whether or not you planned on AAS)

and good luck with 2000cals/day on T3. i think i would jump off a cliff.

i was referring to the thread starter's AAS use not being disclosed.

dont do T3 during PCT. try to tailor your cycle to run longer than the T3.

what the hell is propionicum? was that one of socrates' boyfriends?
