1st of all. i have done a lot of research and reading a lot of threads regarding this. so I can run it for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. but for how many weeks?

my diet is in check. i'm 10% off my maintenance and will slowly go to 20% if i'm seeing less results. i also buy taurine because a lot of people say it cramps a lot. regarding the weeks off, is it good to run something on that?

i already have creatine, protein, fish oil, and multivitamins. anything else i should do? i'm doing layne norton phat + 3-4 times hiit. i walk 5 min before working out as warm up. my lifestyle is very active. i go to the gym everyday and walk at least 1-2 hours a day with my dog.

The reason for the 2 week on and off is to refresh the receptors it activates. You can also take antihistamines such as Benedryl or the most effective, ketotifen, which refresh the receptors, and you can run it longer....4 weeks on and 2 weeks off. But just beware you're now on uppers during the day and downers at night. This is unhealthy. Some people also run a 5 on and 2 off, every week, for as long as you like.

The key to using it is to ramp up, and only use as much as you need. This requires some tolerance mapping (take a little, feel it, until desired stimulant effect). Once you reach about ~120mcg in a single day (usually 2 doses @ 60mcg), then you should get off for a week or 2, and take some benedryl.

What is your goals? How much experience do you have with stimulants? Can you drink 2 strong cups of coffee back-2-back and you feel fine? Do you have experience with any stimulant types of pre-workout supplements? Reason why I ask is the stuff is quite powerful. It's a mild stimulant by itself, but add ANY stimulant to it (such as caffeine) and your clen sides effects will exponentially worse. You shake...and it's noticeable..if you're around people they will see if you're on a decent amount. Adding T3 will additionally add more sides to the mix.

You will lose a lot of fat, but you're also going to lose a LOT of muscle and strength, especially with the T3 included. Experienced users will only run Clen with T3 if you're on at least a mild steroid cycle to prevent muscle loss. This is another dimension that is discussed elsewhere.

BOth of these together also make you crave carbs like a mofo, so perhaps just using clen is your best bet for now. Eat clean and figure out how much (technically how little) is best for you, and once you feel the effects are going down, bump it up. Use a 2 week on 2 week off or a 5 days on 2 days off.
