CLEN STACKING

Hey Guys im hoping i can get some insight into stacking clen i have found most of my research is either unclear or not straight to the point.
my question is:
1. When stacking clen with benadryl do i take it at night while on clen or at night when im cycling off?.

2.Also is it just as effective to take clarintin instead of benadryl?

Take benadryl when ur done with ur cycle usually 2 weeks on clen 2 weeks off clen and take it at night before bed. I took 1-2 pills on my second "off" week. 1st week u dont have to really do anything
 
thankyou for answering the first question my second question is now what im stuck on i know these facts about both "drugs":

Claritin

Lortadine 10 mg
temporarily relieves runny nose, sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, itching of the nose or throat
not more than 1 tablet for adults every 24 hours
Benadryl

Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg
temporarily relieves runny nose, sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, itching of the nose or throat
1 to 2 tablets (25mg to 50mg) for adults every 4 to 6 hours
 
Diphenhydramine is the drug you want. You can do 50mg of it every night every 3rd week you are on clen and do that for a good 8-10 weeks. Eg.

Week 1 - Clen 120mcg
Week 2 - Clen 120mcg
Week 3 - Clen 120mcg Diphenhydramine 50mg

Then repeat.

Anecdotally it works just as well, but there aren't any studies proving that diph is effective at refreshing the beta receptors, just some educated guesses. I think a lot of people prefer keto because it's illegal and feels naughty.
